Great vacation space
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday space, the pool was great for the children to learn to swim and Salvatore's place is in a very nice panoramic location, with close proximity to Olbia and travelling to visit forests, lakes and beaches. We loved staying here

Posizione ottima per chi si sposta tra le meravigliose spiagge in zona san teodoro
La tenuta di Salvatore è molto curata giardino, piscina con solarium e il patio da dove è possibile ammirare tutta la costa di San Teodoro. Gli appartamenti sono arredati bene e la struttura è vicina a posti d’interesse per spesa e altre necessitudini. Abbiamo passato una settimana perfetta.

What you see is not what you get. This is a bait and switch operation. I did not get a “panorama Seaview apartment”. Quite the contrary. I got a tiny cramped dark dank and airless subterranean apartment with no view, no balcony. A patio where I was forced to listen to the other tenants 5 children, including a baby, and smell the horrific cigarette smoke. No coffee maker, no oven, no bidet as advertised, no washcloths, iffy WiFi and no hot water on our last day. One set of towels for an entire week, and you aren’t allowed to wash the linens, (here is a list of 20 things you aren’t allowed to do and wash towels is one of them). Ick. No one speaks English, every time we asked for anything were told no. And the parking lot was a puzzle, trying to fit 9 cars into 6 spaces was a joke. Salvatore told my husband not to park in the only spot available in the lot, my husband tried to explain, no matter, he doesn’t understand or care that there isn’t enough room for all these cars. I can go on and on, but the bottom line is that they put pictures up of a lovely apartment, but that isnt what you get. You pay for a place with a view and get to stay In A horrid basement instead. And Expedia is peachy-keen fine with that arrangement. Worst experience ever. And I’ve rented villas all over the world, this was the biggest lying rip off ....

Paradise
This apartment gives you a beautiful landscape of Mediterranean Sea. There are two bedrooms, a fantastic bathroom. The living room and kitchen, in an open space, create a beautiful mix of the typical Sardinian culture. More over, there is a fantastic terrace where you can see clearly the sea view, swimming pool and garden. All the members of my family have been satisfied for the Residence. My two young children played football all the time and they enjoyed themselves so much. A few minutes from the apartment there are also great beaches like Cala Brandinchi and La Cinta. San Teodoro village is only 5 minutes drive.
