This apartment is located on the ground floor and features a luxurious, spacious living room with a fold-away double bed for 2 people, an open plan modern and fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed (one double bed can be converted into 2 single beds), one of the two bedrooms has an extra bunk bed for 1 person. The apartment also has a terrace and there is a ski room available for shared use on the ground floor, as well as a washing machine (for a fee) and bicycles (for a fee). Parking is available directly at the apartment building.

The town of St. Georgen near Salzburg is centrally located in Salzburgerland, so in summer there are many golf courses, the Krimml waterfalls, the Großglocknerstraße, but also beautiful nature for hiking or mountain biking nearby. In winter you can reach the 3 ski areas of Zell am See with a total of 408 kilometers of slopes (Schmittenhöhe ski area, the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area and the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm / Leogang / Fieberbrunn) within a short time.

In summer, the swimming lake in St. Georgen or Lake Bürmoos offer lots of swimming fun!

There are plenty of shops for your daily needs right in town as well as a good selection of restaurants. The state capital Salzburg can be reached in about 30 minutes by car.
