Terraced house with three floors on the seafront with private pool and spectacular views of the sea. It is located in the quiet residential area of Es Fortí in Cala d'Or.
The ground floor consists of a living room with integrated kitchen, fully equipped, Smart TV, WIFI and direct access to the pool. A room with queen size bed, bathroom and dressing room.
On the first floor is the master bedroom with queen size bed, dressing room and en suite bathroom, fully equipped with separate bathtub and shower. It also has air conditioning and opens onto a living room with spectacular sea views.
The house also has a large basement with washing machine, toilet and clothesline.
The main doors and windows have mosquito nets.
Ease from the house to go down to the cove to bathe.

Wonderful place

Photos don’t do it justice. Outside is beautiful, right on the sea shore, great kitchen, large common areas, garage, very fast WiFi. Host is super responsive and helpful. The worst thing I could say is there isn’t much furniture, and the furniture is somewhat basic. Could do with a desk and a few more chairs. But really overall magnificent.

Great villa with a spectacular view

Before our stay we already had contact with the owners, so there was very easy communication. The villa was clean on the inside and is spacious. Bathtowels for the pool were provided. Great pool and a stunning view at the ocean! From the garden (climb a few rocks) you can dive in the ocean. The villa is situated in a quiet street. In the neighbourhood there are lots of holiday apartments, supermarkets and (cheap) restaurants. If you're looking for good restaurants, you can walk to the port of Cala d'or (20 minutes walk) or you can go to Porto Petro (few minutes by car). The owners of the villa are happy to give you information about nice places to visit and good restarants.

Fantastic stay with the family

We had a great week in this awesome house. The location is absolutely stunning. Directly located at the sea with awesome sunrises that we enjoy either from the living room or the infinity pool. The interior is modern, almost everything you would expect is available. We liked the architecture and style of the house that gives you a lot of room for a family of four. Communication with the very friendly host was easy and his recommendations for beaches and restaurants were great. In summary, a great place for a relaxed stay at the sea!

Amazing!

We had such a wonderful time! The house is amazing and very clean, the instalations are in perfect condition, and it's beautiful. The views are breathtaking! All the pictures show the house just as it is and we surely recommend it! We are definetly thinking about coming back again some time!

Most relaxing holiday in quite some time, in the most stunning of homes...

Gaspar & Marilen have made available to rent, their most beautiful home in Es Forti, near to Cala d'Or (walking distance). The 2 bedroom villa on a rocky promintory, with direct access to the sea for swimming (little ladder), is stunning in its location, and the house itself is light-filled, spacious and airy, with every comfort and facility laid on. A very comfortable base to just relax at, or from which to explore the local area. The nearby town of Es Forti is only a 10 minute walk, and has a large Eroski supermarket, ample bars and restaurants, as well as all the usual tourist shops. Porto Petro, Santanyi and S'Alqueria Blanca are all short drives away, with more Spanish style dining and markets, and Mandrago National Park is an absolute must for the beach lovers. Thank you both so so much for such a wonderful stay, and we will certainly be back again soon xx

Lovely villa with amazing sea views in a quiet location within walking distance of amenities.

We had a lovely week at the villa. It is in a great location, everything in the villa was nice and the host was great from answering any questions we had to recommending places to eat. We loved the location, the outside bed is lovely with sea views and you can go down the rocks and swim in the sea. The pool is great, the downstairs comfortable and all the kitchen amenities you need. For us to give it 10/10 we would have liked air conditioning in the downstairs bedroom and living area (as opposed to fans) and we didn't like Japanese style bed on the floor in the upstairs room. Other than that everything was spot on and we would def come back to Calador lovely place.

Wonderful villa with a perfect view

Beautiful spacious villa with the most stunning view of the swimming pool out to the sea beyond. The view is seen from both floors of the villa. As you come out of the master bedroom there are picture windows so you are greeted with the view as soon as you get up! The villa is also very well equipped with a decent kitchen, a very comfortable sofa & dining area. We only used the master bedroom which has a dressing area & ensuite. The pool area is also well furnished with sunbeds & table & chairs shaded by a canopy. Gaspar sent us information about recommended eateries which was a huge help. Cala Egos was a very busy area. On the way to the marina there is a fabulous restaurant called Rincon de Pepe. We walked to the marina & Cala D'or & Porto Petro - all worth a visit. We hired a scooter & went to the market at Santanyi & Cala Figuera. We had an absolutely fabulous week & can't recommend the villa highly enough. Thank you Gaspar & Marilen

STUNNING VILLA WITH BREATHTAKING VIEWS

We booked a last minute week in the sun and hadn't done much research into the area. Cala Egos is a small and touristy town with a number of places to eat, mostly casual and family-oriented. The Marina at Cala D'Or is about a 15 minute walk. Santanyi is a very pretty town about a 20 min cab ride away. There's a market there twice a week and it's well worth going. More of a traditional little town and a better choice of places to eat. The brief for this trip was pure relaxation, so a lovely villa with an incredible view was just the ticket. This house more than meets expectations there. The view is gorgeous. The pool stunning and the house is wonderfully appointed with tonnes of space. We really enjoyed our stay and found the hosts to be excellent. One quick note: the downstairs bedroom only has a fan, rather than air conditioning as does the living room. The air con in the master suite was a welcome relief from the searing heat. Otherwise all perfect. Thank you.

Fantastic views!

We had a lovely week at this villa. It really is a special place. You just can’t get better views. Direct access to the sea makes it extra special. However there were just a couple of issues… on entering the property there was a very strong smell of damp. I figured it might be coming from the basement so I kept the door closed and we had lovely weather so all windows were open all week. I’m not sure how this can be resolved? We arrived when we said we would & waited for the owner to come. There was no information left, no WiFi code, no nearest shop/ restaurant etc which I found unusual because usually there’s information on local area, so we really needed him to be there. This was disappointing. We ended up heading out as we really needed to eat. Would have been so much easier for us if we knew where to go. The downstairs bedroom door was a problem, kept getting stuck on the floor & The bathroom upstairs had a very nasty smell. We didn’t let these things spoil our holiday, but do think they need seeing to.

Amazing property with amazing view

We experienced a great vacation in amazing property with an amazing view. The villa was really spacious and nicely designed and provided us real comfort. There is also a really comfortable big sofa and a partially smart big TV. You can find in the villa all the equipment and facilities that you need for the vacation. The sea view that you see from the living room on the ground floor and from the hall on the first floor and what you see as the first thing when leaving the main bedroom on the first floor is so astonishing that it is difficult to describe. The owners of the property Maria and her hasbend are really friendly and hospitable and so helpful. They also generously bought the grocery and vine for us as our arrival was planned for the late evening during the weekend. The property is located in the first line on the coast so there is direct access to the sea through the rocks in front of the villa. We did not use the swimming pool as the weather during our stay in winter was around 15°C, but it was nice that it was ready to be used if we choose to do so. The area that the property is located in is very quiet during the winter, so it is perfect for those looking relaxing and quiet place to stay in with amazing sea view. We definitely recommend the place to stay in. We are really grateful to Maria and her husband that we could stay in their villa for a few days. It was heartbreaking to leave such an amazing place.

Traumhafter Ausblick

Wir waren begeistert von der Lage des Hauses und dem Pool. Das Haus war super sauber. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Erwähnenswert in der Beschreibung des Hauses wäre noch, dass das Leitungswasser in dieser Region salzhaltig ist.

Magnifique ⭐️

Face à la mer, la maison a une vue exceptionnelle. Cala d’or est un quartier calme, très résidentiel. Le propriétaire a su répondre rapidement à notre problème de climatisation et coupure de courant. (très disponible et de bons conseils). Belles vacances à Majorque.

Super Lage und wunderschönes Haus! Nos ha encantado

Den einwöchigen Aufenthalt auf Mallorca haben wir sehr genossen. Wir hatten leider ein paar Stunden Verspätung und hatten Bedenken bezüglich des verspäteten Check-in. Der Gastgeber Gaspar hat jedoch umgehend auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet und so konnte das Check-in problemlos erfolgen. Wir waren sehr gespannt auf das Haus und ob es den Fotos entspricht. Einen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung können wir nur weiterempfehlen - ein Traum. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das Bett in der oberen Etage - für uns nicht sehr bequem. Das Bett im Erdgeschoss hingegen super. Der Gastgeber Gaspar war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank für alles, Nuria *** Realmente disfrutamos de nuestra estancia de una semana en Mallorca. Desafortunadamente, llegamos unas horas tarde y nos preocupaba el check-in tardío. Sin embargo, el anfitrión Gaspar respondió a nuestros mensajes de inmediato y por lo que el check-in fue sin problemas. Estábamos muy ilusionados con la casa y si estaba a la altura de las fotos. Sólo podemos recomendar una estancia en esta preciosa casa - un sueño. La única crítica es la cama en la planta superior - no muy cómoda para nosotros. En cambio, la cama de la planta baja es estupenda. El anfitrión Gaspar fue muy atento y servicial. Nos dio muy buenos consejos para excursiones y restaurantes. Sin duda volveremos. Sehr schön gelegenes Haus

Perfekte Einweisung vom Haus. Alles wurde vom Vermieter erklärt und die besten Tipps vom Restaurant und Sehenswürdigkeiten auf WhatsApp eingespielt. Bis auf das Bett im oberen Bereich hat uns alles gut gefallen. Bett steht auf dem Boden. Würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Perfekte Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gross, sauber und grosszügig eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was für ein Zuhause benötigt wird. Der Pool und der perfekte Ausblick ins Meer ist atemberaubend. Egal ob vom Pool, vom Wohnzimmer oder aus der oberen Etage, es ist immer ein Blick aufs Meer möglich. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hat uns div. Restaurants und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten genannt und er war bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Wir werden wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Ein tolles Haus und sehr nette Vermieter

Wir hatten das Glück Weihnachten bei Sonne und blauem Himmel in diesem tollen Haus zu verbringen. Es ist alles da was man benötigt und wenn doch etwas fehlt, kann man sich jederzeit an Gaspar wenden. Wirklich toll! Für alle, die im Winter reisen, kann ich die Information geben, dass das Haus gut beheizt ist und man nicht frieren muss. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Ein kleines Paradies 😉

Wir verbrachten mit unseren zwei Söhnen spontan 1 Woche im November 2023 in Cala d’Or und es war eine unglaublich schöne Zeit, die uns lange in Erinnerung bleibt. Das Haus bietet alles was man sich wünscht und ist sehr großzügig eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die schönsten Tage verbrachten wir ausschließlich am und im Haus mit direkten Zugang zum Meer. Vielen Dank auch an den lieben Vermieter, der uns mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt hat. Die Abwicklung lief hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöner Urlaub

Die Lage und die Aussicht sind kaum zu Toppen. Die Garage nimmt einem die Parkplatzsorgen. Das Masternbad in der ersten Etage ist gut. Die Eirichtung des Hauses ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr viel Platz für Kleidung. Kommunikation war über WhatsApp problemlos. Im großen Ganzen, eine sorgenfreie Woche.

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) haben unseren 1wöchigen Herbsturlaub in diesem wundervollen Haus verbracht. Alles, von Check-In bis zum Ende unserer Reise war hervorragend. Toller Blick aufs Meer

Das Haus liegt schön ruhig und trotzdem ist man schnell zu Fuß bei Restaurants und Bars. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist ein Traum und mit Badeschuhen kann man zu Fuß bis zur Treppe die ins Meer führt. Der Gastgeber Gaspar war sehr freundlich und hat uns Tipps zukommen lassen. Bei Fragen antwortete er sehr schnell. Wie im Text erwähnt, ist nur das Hauptschlafzimmer mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Ventilator. Auch im Wohnzimmer gibt es keine Klimaanlage. Danke nochmal an Gaspar für die tolle Betreuung.
