Welcome to our treehouse loft condo, the perfect place for adults and kids, we have KING beds in THREE of the bedrooms (all main floor), so you can have the space you are used to and not feel cramped! The loft is perfect for the kids with beds big enough to share (2 queen beds plus 1 queen futon) and games to play. We LOVE the kids upstairs having a great time while we close our door and enjoy our TV time. Vacation is better if we can have a little quiet time... right? Also our awesome dining table is the BEST for games of all kinds, and definitely for hanging out.

The BEACH, you can bring a floaty and WALK right into the lake... its FABULOUS! Do I need to mention that beaches are rare at the lake? If you need to stretch your legs, go hiking, there are some great trails in the state park, and at Ha Ha Tonka. Check out the Swinging Bridges too, it is fabulous for photography.

Enjoy seating for 12 between the dinning table & kitchen bar, also seating for 12 on the deck.

The living room has memory foam sofa sleeper, great views of the Lake, and 50 inch flat screen TV w/ Spectrum Cable. FREE WIFI for our guests, great reception throughout the condo.

Our 4 bedroom loft condo is located at mile marker 20.5 a quick drive into Osage Beach shopping, dining, or the hospital :-/.

You will be comfortable sleeping in the master bedroom on a king size bed, enjoy vaulted ceilings, sliding door that provide access to the deck, flat screen Cable Roku TV and an adjoining master bath with double sinks, large mirror, bath/shower combo.

Our 2nd Bedroom with king size bed and flat screen Cable Roku TV provides you with vaulted ceiling, high quality sheets, and ceiling fan.

The 3rd bedroom is furnished with king bed and flat screen Cable TV (roku), also has vaulted ceiling, high quality sheets, and ceiling fan.

The spiral staircase leads to our spacious loft bedroom. There are two queen beds, plus a queen sized futon, Flat screen Cable TV with Roku, ceiling fan and plenty of storage. We have games, puzzles, and coloring books, to enjoy.

Love to cook? Our kitchen is well stocked, in addition to the obvious, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and microwave. There is a toaster, blender, coffee maker, Crock pot, and griddle. Nice selection of dinnerware, glassware, utensils, corkscrew, etc. are also provided. NO OUTDOOR COOKING (local code: grills banned in 2024).

A full size washer/dryer in the unit for your use, laundry detergent provided.

The Ledges has (2) swimming pools, plus the sand beach swim area. One pool and the beach are located a short stroll away from our condo, and if you walk down the manicured waterfront path, you will find the second pool is overlooking the main channel with an outstanding view!

Your water craft can be launched at the PB2 marina located close to our complex. You can also rent various water craft from the local marinas, minutes away. Boat slip rental available at state park PB2 marina for a fee, availability is not guaranteed (please do your research!).

This is our private (and only) vacation property, not a hotel, I don't provide items like shampoo and conditioner. Please read carefully what IS provided, so you know exactly what to bring, and feel free to ask questions if you don't find the answer.
