Weekend price € 250. July and August full weeks.
The house has free Wi-Fi internet access. You enter through a covered terrace with outdoor table and chairs in a spacious living / dining room and from where you access the kitchen, equipped with fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker .... Across the hall is the bathroom / wc with washing machine. In the opening on the left is a bedroom with a bed of 135, a bedroom with two beds of 90 and a third bedroom with bunk beds. The TV has a USB connector and has an open satellite system.

The environment

The 12m x 6m pool has security fences and both this and the children's pool is shared. There is a barbecue and a covered porch, as well as garden furniture
The owners, who also live in another house on the same farm, will provide information about the area
The garden is perfect for families with children, it has a Wendy house full of toys, there are also video game machines, an American pool table and pinball that are free, as well as bicycles for both children and adults.
The Pas River, famous for trout and salmon fishing, is located at the end of the garden, where there is a stone gazebo, the perfect place to see the river and drink a glass of wine while the sun sets. 100 m away from the house there is a pedestrian bridge that crosses the river Pas and on the other side there is a large estate with tracks prepared to practice with the bicycle, run or just walk

Activities and attractions

Finca El Pinar is located in the town of Carandia, just 15 km from the beautiful beaches of Suances, Liencres and Mogro. In addition to relaxing in the pool and in its large garden, interesting excursions can be made: the Nature Park of Cabarceno with the animals that roam freely, perfect for a family day trip, surfing on the beach of the crazy in Suances, saltwater fishing in Laredo, or for a sophisticated night in Santander with its cafés, restaurants and casino ¨.
There is a restaurant in La Argolla, in the village less than 5 minutes walk. Renedo (3Kms.) Has shops for daily needs, Torrelavega the second largest city of Cantabria is 10 minutes away by car, and has hypermarkets, in addition to all kinds of shops and restaurants.

Great family getaway
This house is great for young families as the kids can roam around, have access to a fully stocked Wendy house and a children’s swimming pool. The garden is great for learning to cycle or kicking a ball around while the grownups enjoy a bbq with local products — closeby town Renedo has wonderful shops, including a traditional fishmonger and butcher. We would come back!

Summer holiday at Finca el Pinar
We enjoyed a great 2 weeks stay. From Carandia it is easy to visit many places by car. After a day out we could freshen up in the pool. WiFi could be improved. One other suggestion would be to install anti-mosquito nets . Other than that, all was fine.

La Estancia ha sido ideal. Los propietarios muy atentos a lo q pudieramos necesitar. La piscina y la casa de los juguetes han hecho las delicias de los mas pequeños. Tanto el jardin de nuestra casa como la zona comunitària bien cuidados y muy agradables. La única mejora q pediriamos es poner mosquiteras en las ventanas.

Un lugar para la tranquilidad
Hemos estado muy agusto, los propietarios muy amables y atentos. La ubicación perfecta para desconectar de la ciudad. El jardín enorme con una buena barbacoa y la piscina estupenda. Mi hijo de 8 años disfruto mucho ,tanto de la sala de juegos como de la casita de juguetes y bicicletas, y además hizo amigos de juego las dos semanas que hemos estado. Esperamos repetir en el futuro.

Ideal si vas con niños
La casa es realmente agradable, sobre todo los jardines y todas las posibilidades que ofrece para los niños. Nosotros ibamos ocn tres niños pequeños y disfrutaron mucho de las bicis, de la sala de videjuegos y en general del gran jardín que tienen. No hacía tiempo para bañarse y no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina, pero tomamos nota para cuando llegue el verano.

Finca con 4 viviendas, una de ellas de los propietarios. La casa en la que nos alojamos, tenía entrada propia desde la calle (peatonal y de coche). Estaba rodeada de setos lo que te proporciona total independencia del resto. La casa cumplió con todo lo descrito en el anuncio, estuvimos como en nuestra propia casa. La dueña es encantadora y eficiente (se fundió una luz en el baño y la cambiaron al día siguiente). Las zonas comunes están bien cuidadas y la niña se enamoró de un columpio y de la piscina. En resumen una estancia de 10, para repetir.

Calm, relaxing paradise
We spent a week here with our 3 yr old. Everything was as described, and better. Spotlessly clean kitchen with all the utensils you might need, a beautiful, private garden, perfect for the toddler to run around, a play house full of toys that he loved and a fenced pool. Surrounded by beautiful countryside (there's a little park nearby) and a very short drive to the shops and any attractions you might like like the beach, zoo, safari park. We completely switched off and enjoyed the garden, birds, view of the river and the peace. It's a place I'd love to come back to as it's fully self contained and perfect for families, or those looking for a 'break from it all'.
