Breathtaking view of Morgat Bay for this apartment which has large openings to the south. Located on the ground floor with private access, this T2 of 40 m2 is opposite a direct access to the beach by a staircase. This apartment, in a quiet residence, has a closed and covered garage inside the residence, and the proximity of all the shops of Morgat.
You can drop off your car and enjoy the seaside resort and all of its services on foot (sailing, diving, surfing, windsurfing, hiking, shopping, entertainment, etc.).
Refurbished and fully equipped, this apartment consists of a living room with an equipped kitchen and a double sofa bed; a bedroom with a 180 x 190 cm bed; and a bathroom with shower.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für traumhafte Naturerlebnisse
Ausgehend von unserer freundlichen Fererienwohnug umwandereten wir mit Genuss 130 km abwechslungreiche Küste. Die Kommunikation mit Monsieur Le Briz war immer sehr angenehm und alles Organisatorische verlief völlig reibungslos. Die helle Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick bot alles was wir brauchten. Die Betten waren extrem bequem und wir konntem immer sehr erholsam schlafen.

La vue est incroyable, localisation idéale pour les balades. L’emplacement est aussi très passant, le logement est bruyant, du fait du passage des véhicules. C’est propre et fonctionnel. Nous avons apprécié la présence d’un grand four. La proximité des restaurants est un vrai plus. La supérette n’est pas loin et la possibilité de prendre des petits déjeuners en terrasse pas loin est agréable. Pour nous, la literie serait à revoir.

L appartement edt idéalement situé fzce à la mer. Gros potentiel malheuresement manque d entretien à fond derriere le lit le frigo les stores la porte et portail. La douche manque aussi de pression. Le menage à 30 euros n.etait pas justifié

Schöne Aussicht auf die Bucht von Morgat
Positiv: Sehr netter Vermieter, wir konnten mit den Kindern früher in die Wohnung, als im Inserat angegeben. Sehr gute Kommunikation Sehr gute Aussicht auf die Bucht und alles ist sehr gut zu erreichen. Jede Menge Aktivitäten können hier gemacht werden. Man muss sich darüber im klaren sein, dass diese Wohnung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße ist. Negativ: Schimmel in der Dusche und an den Fenstern. Aber das ist wahrscheinlich so in der Nähe des Meeres. Es ist sehr laut in der Wohnung. Die Fenster sind sehr dünn und es fahren sehr viele Autos und laute Motorräder auf der Straße direkt vor dem Haus. Nachts geht es einigermaßen, aber die Fenster sind wirklich nur dazu da, dass es nicht reinregnet. Den Lärm halten sie überhaupt nicht ab.
