To this, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (shower with seat and handheld shower hose), and a large laundry area were added (max sleep: 5; 1 queen, 3 twins). A fenced backyard with a furnished patio area with a BBQ grill is child-friendly. WI-FI, a fully equipped kitchen, a 48" Samsung led TV with Roku in the large family area, a 32" led TV with Roku in the master bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a fenced backyard, and a quiet neighborhood complete the picture. There will be no pets and no smoking. Please, no house parties or event parties of any kind. The house is 0.8 miles from a plaza with all your shopping needs: Winn Dixie groceries, Marshall's, Dollar Tree, Cold Stone, Fish Bone, Starbucks, McDonald's, First Watch, and other shops, restaurants, and pizzerias. It's about 2.2 miles from WalMart, Publix, Aldi, Apple Bee, and many other shops and restaurants.
A great vacation in a quiet, convenient location! ... just minutes from the best beaches in the United States. I will gladly recommend this location to my mother.

Spacious. Convenient location. 2 month stay.

Well supplied with linens, T.P., hand soap.Could have more pans. Another fry pan, Microwave cookware, a baking sheet etc. an oven casserole dish.I bought and left a toaster. Appreciated the washer and dryer. TheHosts allowed us to invite out son and daughter-in-law to stay a short week.Our kids enjoyed thePlace/ stay too.

So close to Anna Maria Island

This little house is located right off the main drag that takes you across the bridge to AMI. There was lots of shopping, restaurants, and of course the beaches to explore! We loved the location of this place. The host was also super friendly.

Quiet, artistic lodgings

What a charming and artistic rental experience. The location of this home to the beaches and Bradenton area is perfect, a short drive to both. Comfortable sleeping, very clean, well equipped kitchen and small backyard/patio area make this home ideal for a "base camp" to your FL vacation. Our family required a sleeping only rental as we attended a 90th birthday celebration and found the decor a nice benefit.

Nice house very well located in Bradenton, close to Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key...

Simona and Alfonso have been very kind and courteous hosts and their vacation house was perfect for us. The house was very clean when we arrived and everything (the rooms, equipment..) was as described at HomeAway. We felt comfortable and like home during the whole vacation. If we needed anything, Simona and Alfonso have been anxious to fulfill our wishes directly. Thank you for that! We were lucky to stay at your house and we would be happy to come back soon. Great location and excellent value!

Simona is a great host! Excellent communication and very responsive. This was our first time staying near Anna Maria Island. Beaches are just 4 miles away. Our best time was 10 minutes from driveway to parking. Of course there is beach traffic so could take you 30 minutes plus depending. Neighborhood is safe & quiet. Nice supply of starter paper products. Clean and organized space. AC & all appliances work very well. Bed is fairly comfortable. Good water pressure in master bathroom & lots of hot water. We cooked in most days & kitchen had what we needed. Nice backyard and grill. Absolutely a GREAT location

Property Grossly Misrepresented

-Property exterior in bad need of care & maintenance - from shingles missing to waist-high weeds the patio. Landscaping was nowhere near as depicted in the listing photos. -Roughly half of the windows had broken or missing locks - at least one window guide was broken off. Note! Locks repaired day after reporting it. -Second bath had clear window pane and no curtain or shade (unable to use shower). -Couch leg broken off and propped up. -Clothes washer got out of balance no matter what the load. -Patio set not as shown in listing. -Kitchen range exhaust fan - no filter & exposed fan blade. -Central air-conditioning vents dirty/plugged. -Safety concern with master B/R lamp cord splices. -Fire extinguisher in garage in need of re-charge. -TV in master B/R inoperative. We were not able to use the outdoor space/patio at all for the whole month due to the condition of the yard. We honestly feel that a partial refund from the owner/host is in order. This property was so not worth the price. Photos provided upon request.

Great location and value for the money!

We spent a week at the property and found all as advertised. Everything is 5-10 minutes away by car and it is very convenient. Anna Maria Island offers a good number of beaches to choose from or visit them all if your time allows. Simona the host was attentive to all our questions and requests. We enjoyed our time in Florida. Thank you!

Cortez home away from home

Clean , spacious house with all the right touches. Conveniently located to beaches and shopping. Host with great communication before/ during trip. Friendly little gecko comes to say hi outside of the kitchen window. Would come again.

escaping winter

Comfortable and interestingly decorated house with garage and private outdoor space with table and umbrella. Attentive owners/hosts. Only thing a renter might want to know in advance, and we did not, is there is no dishwasher. Within easy drive of lots of grocery stores and restaurants and not far from lovely parks,nature preserves and beaches.

Family Vacation

We rented this house as a second house for our daughter and her children so they could join us for our family vacation. It was about 15 minutes brim where we were staying at Holmes Beach. It was great since the kids go to bed at 7 each night. The hosts were great! My daughter locked herself out of the house and they went and unlocked it for her. Overall a great house especially if you need multiple beds

Laid back quiet neighborhood

It’s not the most desirable neighborhood (duplex houses in an older neighborhood) or house layout (not enough couch space or dining space) but for the money it’s impossible to beat. We were five minutes from Anna Maria Island and wanted for nothing. And the host was gracious and responsive and has her beautiful art adorning the home. We will definitely be back.

Awesome Experience

Simona and her husband were wonderful hosts! The property was exactly as described and the accommodations were perfect. It is about a 10 minute drive to the beaches on Anna Maria Island. Great vacation spot with my wife and 2 daughters. We will be back for sure!

Spring Break 2021

We loved our stay. Plenty of room for our family of four (two teens). A nice bonus- the beautiful backyard. Even with it being a double, it felt very private and relaxing. Also loved the artwork! Host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We will come back for our next vacation!

Bradenton beach 4 miles away.

Good location for beach access and attractions. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The kitchen was adequately furnished, but could use a few additions (better pots and pans, a garlic press, etc.)
