It benefits from two bedrooms which include a double with an electric fire and a bunk room, along with a family shower room, the property is able to sleep four people. Its interior also includes a kitchen and a living/dining room with a woodburning stove. Public parking is available nearby. Mole Cottage is a coastal retreat bursting with charm, and sitting in a perfect location for those wishing to explore beautiful Cornwall. Amenities: Electric heating, electric fire, wood burning stove. Electric oven and electric hob, fridge, washer/dryer, slimline dishwasher, TV, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Public parking 5 mins walk. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 minute walk. Note; 8 steep steps up to the front door. Note: The stairs leading to the ground floor are steep. Note: Property may not be suitable for the infirm or elderly. Note: Property does not accept children under 6 years of age. Note; No stag/hen or similar. Note: One small well behaved dog only, £30 per week.
