Large and spacious holiday cottage located on an open plot in the small fishing village Nr. yngby approx. 5 km north of Løkken. The house has panoramic water views from the living room on the 1st floor. The house has a living room, kitchen, living room on the first floor with ocean views, bathroom with prefilled whirlpool and sauna. The decor is personal in the famous Danish cottage style, where there is a strong emphasis on comfort and functionality. The many m² is fine exploited and offers plenty of room for a large family or two families wishing to spend their holiday together. The activity room, which is established in 2011, has both a table tennis, table football, bike, Nintendo Wii and extra TV, and the mezzanine is also located here. Heating is by oil-fired boiler, which reduces energy costs significantly compared to electricity. Free access to the water park in Blokhus, which includes offers indoor and outdoor water slide, 25 meter swimming pool, hot water pool, sauna and hot tub. All tiled floors in the house has underfloor heating. No letting to youth groups.
