The house was built in 2005 and features an open-plan kitchen and living room, three bedrooms, mezzanine, bathroom with whirlpool, underfloor heating and sauna. Outdoor shower with hot/cold water and open terrace. There is oil-fired boilers for heating and hot water, so that energy costs are minimised as much as possible. All tiled floors have underfloor heating. The decor is bright, modern and extremely tasteful with furniture and decoration in high quality and striking colours. The many windows ensure daylight throughout the day. There is a terrace on the east, south and west, so that life can be enjoyed outdoors all day long on those hot sunny days. The plot is a level lawn plot with fine opportunities for ball games or other games with the kids. Access to water and beach is along trails through the area. No letting to youth groups.
