Located on the promenade of Playa de Levante in Rincón de Loix. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, pubs, bars, shops, ATMs, banks, bus transport and taxis. There are doormen 7 days a week and security cameras.
It has 4 independent air conditioners with heating in the living room and in the 3 bedrooms. Mosquito nets on all windows, swimming pool, parking and Wifi. Maximum 6 seats. Completely equipped with trousseau, crockery, glassware and complete furniture. Living room with a beautiful 5-seater sofa with a chaise longue plus another chaise longue facing the sea. 55-inch Smart TV with satellite channels.
Two bedrooms with a 1.40x1.95 bed and the third with two 90 trundle beds. It has a full bathroom adapted for the disabled and a toilet. Independent full kitchen with dishwasher and all kinds of new appliances. Inner patio with clothesline.
Community pool and parking with charging for electric vehicles. Minimum rental 5 days according to season. Pets Allowed. Deposit €400.

Great time

We had a nice stay at the apartment . It is in a prime location on the sea front above romans restaurant. The owner was very friendly and helpful as we were not being picked up until 18.00 so we were allowed to stay until we were ready to leave which was very helpful as the weather was not all that good . Thank you very much to Miguel we would love to stay again in the future

Such a lovely view

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, a few minor hiccups which were speedily sorted out by the host. Very communicative. Felt safe and at home. Would stay again

Great location, apartment a bit tired.

The apartment looked clean on arrival but hadn't been cleaned in all the nooks and crannies. Saucepans were dirty, towels were small and seen better day's. Could only get channel 4, film 4 and BBC on the TV and that was intermittent, when it rained we could only get film 4.Only 1 chair for the beach, this was rectified but took over a week.Blinds in one bedroom were a bit dodgy and easily went up to far and you had to get your hand up inside to release it. Pool was closed for the whole 3 weeks we stayed, said it was being cleaned, hard to believe. No plug in the kitchen sink.Some of the furniture had seen better day's, bedside lamp didn't work, back off draws missing, sofa's covered with a bedsheet.

Has everything you could need. Apartment is lovely, location is perfect for that end of Levante beach. The views and sunsets are gorgeous. Will definately stay here again :)

We had the most amazing week . Communication with the owner fantastic . Location was superb weather till last day awesome . Loved this spacious accommodation better than expected . This is a minor issue would have loved a balcony in the fresh air with sea breeze . Sunsets were incredible would def return

L'appartement est situé sur une belle côte ( très belle plage) mais l’appartement présent un gros problème : la présence de gros cafard. Nous avons même trouvé un oeuf dans une des chambres. Nous avons pourtant envoyé un message a l'agence mais nous n'avons eu aucun retour. Le concierge nous a dit que c'était dans tout l'immeuble et qu'une société de dératisation venait 2 fois par an. Nous avons été très déçu de ce fait car si nous savion nous n'aurions pas pris ce logement couteux pour y trouver des nuisibles !

Beach Front Location

The property was in mint condition, very clean and tidy throughout. Fully furnished with fully equiped kitchen, clean linen and comfortable beds. The location is excellent right on the seafront promenade full of restaurants, tapas bars and has a lively nightlife. The host Migual is a generiou and decent gentlman who will attend to any of your requests promptly and without fail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return in the future. Hani

All in all...

We loved the location. Lovely apartment, it was home from home, had everything we needed. opposite the beach for our little boys, pool was great, lots of restaurants around but also cooked in. Lots of bars and clubs in the evenings for the adults.

Family stay in Benidorm

It was very nice and clean flat. Had new water filter put in, so we didn't have buy water Beds, bedding, cot all ready for us. We even had some beach chairs and spades and buckets for kids. Only things we were missing were some board games. If we had any problem, the owners resolved it for us. Looking forward to next time.

Fantastic accommodation

The property was spacious clean, well equipt and secure. Being on the frontline we had lovely views of the sea/beach. The location was good in that it was far enough away from the main strip for mostly quiet nights but not too far to go if you wanted a lively night. Is also a plus being on the 1st floor should you not like heights or lifts. The swimming pool is good and only downside is with it being a large residential building no sunbeds are allowed which, is understandable due to limited room round the pool. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would defo recommend this accommodation. Thank you to the hosts for allowing us to stay.

Not as described

So it does have a great view and it is lovely and clean. However it states it has 2 singles beds. It really does not. Its a pull out bed that once you pull out you can not walk around the bedroom. Very disappointed with this as we were a group of girls that wanted our own space and would not have booked this apartment if we had known the small bedroom is only ok for children that do not mind sleeping on top of each other.

From the moment I booked, Miguel was messaging ensuring everything went smoothly. The apartment had everything you could possibly need for cooking and staying comfortably.
