Located in the new area of Torre del Mar, this apartment is just minutes away from the beach and a 15-minute walk from the vibrant city center. Nestled in an expanding area of Torre del Mar, you'll be surrounded by a variety of services, from restaurants and beach bars offering delicious sardine skewers to all kinds of shops. Moreover, you can enjoy a lively nightlife with live music and cozy bars. Within two kilometers, you'll find El Ingenio shopping center with various shops and activities, and just two kilometers away is the Baviera Golf course.

Torre del Mar's strategic location allows easy exploration of charming villages in the Axarquía, making it a key point for your vacation. And the best part is that the area is alive throughout the year thanks to its pleasant climate, perfect both in winter and summer.

The apartment, accessible by an elevator without the need for stairs, is on the third floor and offers an entrance hall, a master bedroom with a double bed (135 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). Additionally, it features a second bathroom with a shower, a separate kitchen, and a cozy living-dining room that opens onto a terrace where you can enjoy the ideal climate of Torre del Mar.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, from utensils to appliances such as a 3-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, and refrigerator. The apartment also has air conditioning in the living-dining room for added comfort.

Enjoy the summer season in the community pool, subject to the rules of the homeowners' association, and park your vehicle securely in the private parking space within the building. Pets are welcome with a supplement of €35 per pet per stay, and we offer airport transportation for an additional fee.

Please note that due to drought in the area, the municipality has informed that the use of the pools cannot be guaranteed, and there will be daily water cuts starting at 8:00 PM, without a specific time for resumption.
