A great Mediterranean eperience

Everything was fine. Our hosts were very friendly and obliging. The footway to the sea is about 10 minutes. Brilliant!

Sehr schönes Appartment in direkter Strandnähe

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub! Das Appartment hat gehalten, was die Beschreibung versprochen hat. Sehr nützlich waren sowohl die Fliegengitter-Rollos als auch die Rollläden zur Verschattung. Toll ist auch gerade bei einem Strandurlaub, dass das Appartment über eine eigene Waschmaschine verfügt. Der Strand und die Restaurants etc. sind alle fußläufig gut in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation auf Englisch klappte gut. Einzige Verbesserungsmöglichkeit wäre eine etwas bessere Küchenausstattung, die wir als recht spartanisch empfunden haben. So haben wir zum Beispiel Weingläser vermisst und hatten nur ein einziges (großes) Küchenmesser, das ist zum Kochen dann doch etwas wenig. Wir fanden es insgesamt sehr schön in Rosoline Mare und in der Anlage Le Primule und kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder!

Schönes und ruhiges Appartment. Super ist auch, dass Fahrräder genutzt werden können, ohne Mehrkosten. WLAN ist sehr mäßig aber man ist ja im Urlaub. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Ansprechpartner.

Badeurlaub in Rosolina Mare mit Familie!

Vom 12.08.2017-19.08.2017 haben mein Mann, meine zwei Kinder 4 und 2 Jahre alt, meine Mutter und ich, zum zweiten mal in Rosolina Mare Urlaub gemacht, aber das erste mal in dieser Wohnung, und waren SEHR zufrieden. Vor allem mit Enrico und seiner Familie, danke Enrico. Super Service, herzlich empfangen, alles TOP. Das Haus ist neu, sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Küche ist super ausgestattet, genauso wie beschrieben, man hat alles drin was man braucht. Wenn man wirklich nur Badeurlaub machen will, dann ist da genau richtig. Wenn wir Rosolina Mare noch mal besuchen, dann nur bei Enrico.

Sehr empfehlenswert, gerne wieder

Super Wohnung (6-Bett-Zimmer-Wohnung) mit zwei Badezimmer. Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub hier verbracht. Die Gastgebende Familie ist immer bemüht es allen recht zu machen. Anscheinend verbringen hier auch viele italienische Familien ihren Urlaub. Man kann Rosolina Mare nicht unbedingt als extrem touristisch überlaufen betrachten, wobei wir auch kurz vor der Hauptsaison dort waren. Am Wochenende kommen bei gutem Wetter dann sehr viele italienische Familien um ein Strandwochenende zu verbringen. Kleinen Nachteil hat die Lage am Pinienwald: es gibt sehr viele Schnaken, vor allem hinter dem Haus, wobei alle Fenster Fliegengitter Rollos angebracht haben, sodass es in der Wohnung absolut kein Problem ist.

Perfetto!

Abbiamo passato una settimana in questo stupendo appartamento di nuova costruzione. I proprietari ci hanno accolto fin da subito con gentilezza e disponibilità, regalando anche un libricino da colorare alla bambina. L’appartamento è tenuto in ottime condizioni, pulito e accogliente. Servizio di piatti, posate e bicchieri per 10 persone. Varie pentole e coperchi di dimensioni diverse a disposizone, più una padella grande. I ventilatori a soffitto nelle camere offrono la possibilità di stare al fresco senza bisogno di accendere l’aria condizionata. L’appartamento è situato in una posizione tranquilla, ma vicino a gastronomia/pizzeria, bar, gelateria e minimarket. Lo consigliamo sicuramente e speriamo di tornarci presto!!

Schöne saubere Wohnung

Schöne neue, vor allem saubere Wohnung. Auch das Grundstück sehr gepflegt. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, großem Kühlschrank und Gefriertruhe. Alles sehr sauber auch in den Ecken. Fernseher mit vielen deutschen Programmen. Die Betten haben uns sehr gefallen, vor allem auch weil die Madratzen und Laken sauber waren. Top. Da wir spät im Jahr waren, war es sehr ruhig, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Wir wußten das. Zum Glück war der Mini market um die Ecke noch offen, sodas wir jeden Morgen noch Brötchen holen konnten. Die Fahrräder sind zwar alt, aber wir haben sie jeden Tag benutzt um an der Strandpromenade entlang zu radeln. Der Kontakt met Enrico war von anfang an sehr freundlich. Wir haben immer sofort eine Antwort bekommen und auch der Kontakt vor Ort war super. Danke für alles, wir kommen gerne noch mal wieder. Mooie, maar vooral schone complete woning. Ook het terrein was netjes. Keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien. Vaatwasser, koelkast, vriezer, kastjes alles erg schoon, ook in de hoekjes. Televisie met veel programma's. Geen Nederlandstalige, maar wel Engels en Duits. De bedden waren helemaal top. Schone matrassen en lakens. Omdat wij laat in het seizoen waren, was het erg rustig, maar dat wisten wij. De mini market om de hoek was nog open, zo konden wij elke ochtend nog broodjes halen. De fietsen zijn wat verouderd, maar om een rondje langs de promenade te fietsen prima geschikt. Het contact met Enrico was van begin af aan erg vriendelijk. Wij hebben altijd direct een antwoord gekregen en ook ter plaatse was alles naar wens. Bedankt voor alles, wij komen graag nog een keer terug.

Modernes Appartement unweit vom Strand

Ein gut geschnittenes, luxuriös eingerichtetes, neues Appartement mit großen Balkon. Man alles, was man für einen sorglosen Urlaub braucht. Der Strand ist sehr sauber. Meereswasserqualität hat uns sehr enttäuscht: das Wasser selbst war an hälfte der Zeit mit großen Mengen Kunststoffteilen verschmutzt. Größtes Manko in dieser Region sind Mücken. Zum Schlafen am besten ein Moskito-Netz benützen. Abends beim Ausgehen hilft ein Mückenspray.

Settembre al mare in pieno relax

Io e la mia fidanzata siamo stati ospiti in questa struttura nel mese di Settembre. In questo periodo ci siamo rilassati visitando non solo la spiaggia ma anche il Delta del Po utilizzando le bici che Enrico mette a disposizione ai suoi ospiti. L'appartamento è pulito e corrisponde pienamente alla descrizione, l'arredamento è funzionale e di qualità ed è inserito in un contesto tranquillo con una bella entrata indipendente. La zona è comoda alla spiaggia, ai negozi e a Piazza San Giorgio. Un grazie ad Enrico che ad ogni nostra richiesta è sempre stato molto disponibile. 5 stelle meritatissime..... consigliato, da ritornare!

Alles Perfekt :)

Vielen Dank für einen sehr schönen Urlaub :-) Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, die mit viel Luxus ausgestattet war. Super Toller Urlaub!!!

In diesem Jahr wird er Urlaub mit seiner Familie in Rosolina Mare. Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub. Nichts getrübt unseren Urlaub. Zum Luxus-Strand zu Fuß 200 Meter. Die Wohnungen, die wir waren geräumig, mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Riesige Balkon auf den Pinienwald mit Blick und sehr komfortabel Grill auf dem Balkon. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Vielen Dank Enrico und seine Familie für ihre Gastfreundschaft. Die besten Wünsche Andreas und Familie.

Belle location tout confort

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans ce bel appartement. Très bien équipé et tout neuf. Les chambres sont équipés d'un ventilateur, ce qui permet de bien dormir la nuit, malgré la chaleur de la journée. Enrico et sa famille ont été très sympa et serviable à chaque fois que nous avons eu une demande.... Le seul petit point négatif était les voisins du dessus, qui faisait du bruit déjà tôt le matin :-( Mais sans cela l'environnement était calme.

Everything was very nice

We spent a very good time at the new and modern apartment of Enrico. It was a good thing that the bikes were included so we could join the nearby botanic garden and naturally beach. Toller Urlaub! Wir kommen wieder!

Rosolina Mare -toller Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie- Wir haben uns kurzfristig zu einem Urlaub in Italien entschieden und haben mit dieser Unterkunft den Jackpot gelandet. Das Objekt selbst wurde wohl dieses Jahr erstmalig vermietet. Dies spiegelt sich natürlich in der Sauberkeit wieder. Wir haben uns gefühlt wie zu Hause. Jegliches Staubkorn (besser Sandkorn) welches wir gefunden haben, wurde durch uns selbst in die Wohnung gebracht. Größe der Wohnung mit zwei seperaten Schlafzimmern und Bädern super geeignet für zwei Paare oder Familie mit Kindern. Der Strand liegt wirklich nur ca. 200 m vom Strand entfernt. Der Strand selbst gerade für Kinder einwandfrei (kleiner Tip -toller Naturstrand, ca. 15 Min am Strand entlang einen Spaziergang nach rechts). Das Kaffee am Kreisel macht einen prima Cappuccino und die Pizzaria gegenüber vom Taverna perfekte Pizza. Nicht zu vergessen die Verwaltung der Ferienanlage. Mit Enrico hatten wir schon vorab prima Emailkontakt und konnte uns vor Ort noch einige Tips geben. Unser Herd hat an einem Tag vermeintlicher weise nicht funktionier. Sofort kam jemand und hat sich der Sache angenommen. Perfekter Urlaub in perfekter Unterkunft!!!! DANKE

Ottima scelta per Rosolina Mare. Consigliato!

L’appartamento è moderno e funzionale, tutto è pensato per dare il massimo comfort agli ospiti. La struttura –molto bella- è dotata di un parcheggio privato gratuito, molto ampio e comodo, inoltre –a richiesta- è disponibile un garage. Al piano superiore c’è una terrazza solarium. Ogni ospite ha a disposizione una bici per tutta la durata del soggiorno e ne abbiamo approfittato per delle piacevoli passeggiate. Tutto quanto descritto nell'inserzione è effettivamente a disposizione degli ospiti. Poco distante dalla struttura c'è sia una grande spiaggia libera che diversi lidi con servizi, tutti raggiungibili comodamente a piedi. Le spiagge di Rosolina Mare sono immense e mai affollate. Consigliamo inoltre di visitare il Giardino Botanico di Porto Caleri, magari in bicicletta. In definitiva siamo stati molto bene, i proprietari (Enrico e famiglia) sono persone molto simpatiche, disponibili e professionali.

Casa accogliente, pulita e con tutti i confort.

Posizione buona vicino alla spiaggia, immobile nuovo e ben organizzato (noi abbiamo apprezzato il grill sulla terrazza!) . L 'assistenza e accoglienza dei proprietari è buona. Lo consiglierei sicuramente ad amici e con molta probabilità ci ritorneremo.

Appartamento spazioso e vicino ad ogni comodità

Appartamento nuovo, ampio e dotato di terrazza vista mare; posizionato vicino alla spiaggia e comodissimo per soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza. Situato in una zona tranquilla e capace di offrire svaghi serali. Ottimo rapporto qualitá-prezzo. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Un soggiorno molto piacevole! Lo consiglierei sicuramente ad un amico!
