Apartment Jakov III with Balcony and Pool View

Apartment Jakov III is one of three apartments in the Silver holiday house. It extends over the entire first floor of the house and has a view of the pool. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware, a comfortable living room with a dining room, two bedrooms with a double bed and one with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The apartment also has a balcony with garden furniture and a pool view. The apartment covers an area of 120 m2 and offers you everything you need for a relaxing vacation with family and friends. Guests have access to a common pool and garden, with a barbecue area with garden furniture and one parking space for each apartment in the house. The apartment is in Varvari, a quiet suburb of Poreč, only 3 km from the city center and 3 km from the first beaches. Near the house, there is a bakery, a café, a children's playground and a famous Istrian tavern known for its very tasty dishes. Our neighborhood is extremely quiet and time of peace is strictly respected, and this facility is ideal for a peaceful vacation. We want to encourage younger groups of people who still want a different form of vacation to choose another facility or to strictly adhere to the rules of good behavior.
