This well-furnished holiday cottage offers absolutely all the leisure and recreational activities that the heart may desire. The house has an impressive swimming pool room which is provided with a swimming pool with a water slide, a large whirlpool in the corner by the window and an entrance to the sauna. Utterly spacious and well-dimensioned, the house contains 3 distinct bedroom sections, all three consisting of 3-4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is furthermore a large mezzanine with beds and a flat screen TV. The living room is tastefully furnished with comfortable furniture, a wood-burning stove and a large flat screen TV. On the other side of the dining/living room is a large gentlemen’s room where you can mix drinks and play a game of darts or pool. Moving on to the activity room, there are plenty of games for guests to challenge one another: table tennis, air hockey, table football and a PlayStation2. On the 3000 m² natural plot with trees offers activities for the smallest guests with a sandpit and swings. There are several sunbathed terraces with good garden furniture surrounding the house. No letting to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
