The house is bright and spacious and has 2 bathrooms, whereas one of them has the spa facilities. The functional kitchen is equipped with all you need of domestic appliances and has an open connection to the dining section and living room. From here you can access the south/west facing terrace of wooden materials. There is galvanized table with granite table top + 6 chairs with seat cushions + 2 sunbeds with cushion There is an outdoor kitchen by the terrace. All rooms have a high-beamed ceiling and there is a great inflow of light all over. There is plenty of closet space in all rooms. The house is within walking distance of a golf course. There are wide doors without doorsteps, making this a wheelchair friendly house.
