Luxury villa with 3 bedrooms, beautiful interior, large garden, jacuzzi and large saltwater pool overlooking the golf course. The golf resort is located in a prime location in the south of the islands, just a few minutes drive from the golden sandy beaches of Maspalomas. The resort also has a Sheraton hotel, a supermarket, a restaurant and a golf school.

The house

The villa is furnished to a high standard and stylish. On the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 living room with dining area and kitchen and 1 toilet.

The house is perfectly equipped with electric stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, dryer, iron, safe, air conditioning, heating, internet (WIFI), satellite TV, DVD player and music system.

The outdoor area

The outdoor area offers plenty of space to relax and the pool area offers a beautiful view of the golf course. Outside there is a covered terrace, dining area, sun loungers, parasol, barbecue, garden, parking, private pool (10 mx 4 m / 1.4 m), electric pool heating (extra cost), saltwater system (Electrolysis process for the natural chlorination of water) and Jacuzzi.
