We call this apartment SG69.

Apartment SG69 is a sui generis 3-bedroom apartment with wonderful views of the Acropolis, Filopappou Hill and the sea! It has three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an extra WC and a private balcony with outdoor furniture.
One bedroom has a super king double bed, one bedroom has a dedicated queen size bed and one bedroom has a queen size bed that can be set up as two singles.
It features a large, flat screen TV in the living room, high speed WiFi, A/C, and all modern conveniences. The apartment has a washing machine and a clothes drying rack.
The apartment is located on the 6th floor in a mainly office building. There is lift access.

Other things to note
• We are happy to provide flexible check in and checkout times, so just let us know when you would like to arrive and depart and we will do our best to satisfy your requests. Please note that depending on availability check in will be by 3pm and check out is by 11am.
• For arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00 we recommend to use our reliable taxi drivers who will pick you up at the airport and check you into the apartment. The cost is 45 Euros up until 23:00 and 60 Euros between 23:00 and 05:00. (mini van for larger groups also available).
Alternatively, if you make your own way to the apartment, one of our staff will welcome you at the apartment. There is a late check-in fee of 20 Euros, which you need to pay upon arrival.
• Luggage storage facilities available.
• This is a non-smoking house, but you may smoke in the balconies and/or terraces.
• If you would like to bring a pet with you please ask if we can accommodate your pet.

Overall the unit was as advertised. The one complaint was the size and condition of the showers. The 2 smaller bathrooms had shower stalls so small it was difficult to wash properly. The master bathroom had a lovely glassed in shower stalls with plumbing fixtures that needed repair.

Property has advertised - Highly recommended

First time in Athens, Greece, and first time renting a property there. Absolutely impressed from the beginning. Owner has very good communication, and accommodated us coming in early. We were visiting with another couple, and very much enjoyed our stay. Note: if you’re visiting from the United States, please bring a European charger. Other than that, I wish we could spend more time there.

Fabulous apartment for a small group

I was traveling with colleagues and this apartment w 3 beds and 3.5 baths was perfect! Beautiful view of the Acropolis and close to the Plaka! Would stay again!

Clean with choice of bathrooms

GOOD: 1) lots of bathrooms for the 4 of us to choose from, nice showers. 2) Good air conditioning. 3) Nice patio with view of Acropolis in the distance. 3) Location not too far from Acropolis so could walk. 4) Prompt replies from host when we asked for items not originally provided. Was provided almost everything after asking except for wash cloths. Was told they are not provided and we could buy a sponge from the store. We had to use large hand towels in the shower to wash body and face. Not sure why wash cloths aren’t provided. Never stayed at a rental before that didn’t provide them. Be sure to bring your own washcloths if you like to use them. 5) Provided early check in. Much appreciated. NOT SO GOOD: 1) VERY dirty lobby (trash everywhere) and elevator- don’t lean against any part of the elevator, you will get white powdery substance on your cloths. We realized later that white powder was also being tracked into the apartment on our shoes.. 2) Homeless sleeping out front of building, not the best neighborhood. 3) No map of the area provided in the room which would have been very handy when referencing verbal information provided during check in for local grocery, transit stations, etc. - would have appreciated those instructions being provided in writing somehow. Was a lot of verbal info when we were sleep deprived. ;-) Appreciated the communication from the hosts and the rides they arranged, but wouldn’t choose to stay there again or recommended to our friends.

Nice apartment, central location with great views. The apartment was spacious with nice size bathrooms. Giannis (host) was wonderful and very responsive. Very walkable. Improvement: Needed paper towels.

Property was very good and supplied us with all our needs. It was conveniently situated with lots of amenities within walking distance as well sites. Property itself was very clean however the building tenants smoked heavily in the stairwells.

Short stay post cruise

Wonderful apartment! Clean, spacious, comfortable. Close to bus, easy to get taxi. Not in middle of tourist area, had EXCELLENT eating choices across the street. Internet had issue on check in but was quickly resolved. Host was very responsive when we had questions. Loved that it had 4 bathrooms! Would definitely stay again.

Overall, we were very pleased with the accommodations, cleanliness and location. There was only 1 major issue, the DSL internet connection was not working, so we had no internet access during our stay.

Absolutely Amazing Property

The check in process was a little bumpy, mostly due to us having no cell phone service. But after that our stay was amazing! Everything is moderen, clean and in working condition. We had been traveling for over two weeks, so it was great to do some laundry. We walked to the Acropolis and the Market. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. We also bought some grocery items and ate on the patio. We highly recommend this property!

Awesome location! Awesome view of the Acropolis! Beautiful Apartment!

This Apartment has 3 nice size bedrooms with 3 en suite baths and an additional 1/2 bath. We were 5 adults and were very comfortable here. Curb appeal is lacking, but don’t let that deter you! Building is commercial with insurance company/broker type tenants, but once you take the Elevator to 6 and enter the apartment you will soon forget what the outside looked like… literally like night and day. The apartment is recently updated with nice amenities and looks and feels great! You have a million dollar view of the Acropolis from the large balcony. Apartment was within walking distance of all the major sites in Athens and close to metro and car rental agencies if you want to rent a car for a day trip. Cab ride from airport took a bit longer than expected due to traffic. Highly recommend using major ride sharing app for taxi service, that way your rate is locked and loaded. One other piece of advice, you are given two sets of keys… do not leave front door key in inside lock and close the door, thinking you will get back in with second set of keys. If you do, and no one else is inside, you will be locked out, and host will have to call lock smith. The host was super accommodating. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation and will absolutely see if it is available if I return to Athens down the road.

The space is more than adequate for a family. However, the location is a little off the center, and I was not very comfortable leaving my kids there alone. The amenities were decent, however, the linens weren’t perfectly clean. A few spots were found on the bedding. Although the bathrooms were spacious and decently remodeled, however, the smell was foul despite airing the rooms and keeping the fans on.

Trip of a Lifetime

This property was everything we thought it would be. We were 3 couples all celebrating 30 years together on a Greek adventure. Apartment was in the perfect location, more than enough space for 3 couples Amazing views waking up to a wonderful view of the Acropolis was a memory I will never forget The apartment was so well equipped with just about everything you need Property manager and all that worked with him were fantastic always quick to respond, offer assistance, so friendly They took care of getting all of our transportation needs taken care of from airport transports, to cruise port transports. We were lucky and got to stay twice during this trip. Once before our cruise and again upon our return. If I had to say anything it would be that some extra patio furniture, like a few single chairs would be helpful. Along with maybe some cushions for the current furniture. Maybe mattress pads for two of the beds. Our bed was very comfortable but the others with us thought their beds were a little harder than they would have liked. But that is a personal preference. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to enjoy all that Athens has to offer. Just about everything within walking distance, so many restaurants to choose from, only about 45 mins from airport and 20 or so minutes from the port. Thank you for making my bucket list trip of a lifetime the best and one I will never forget!!!!

Wonderful property, Great Location

3 couples traveling to Greece for a cruise we chose to stay a couple days ahead of the trip and after the trip. We are lucky that we are able to stay both weekends at the same property. It has 3 bedrooms and baths an amazing view of the Parthenon. We had a great time hanging out on the patio at night and coffee in the morning. We would recommend this apartment. The one thing I wish it had was more seating and a little more comfortable seating on the patio. One couple found the beds a little hard but we are from US so we are used to softer beds. But all in all we had the best time. Apartment was clean and well stocked with everything you need.

Beautiful Apartment!

This place was great! I loved how the sliding glass doors opened up the entire wall! The View of the Acropolis & Parthenon were very nice! Within walking distance to a lot of nice sights! The Property owners were very nice & their communication was good as well!
