Villa immersed in the greenery of the Modica countryside, a
5 minutes from the city center and the commercial center. The attic has an access staircase that starts from the main hall and is close to the entrance door. At guests' disposal also the main hall, the veranda furnished with outdoor furniture and the large park. The villa is 15 minutes from the sea with a fine golden beach. For culture, we are in the Baroque of the Val di Noto together with Ragusa, Scicli and Noto. Syracuse, city of art, can be reached in half an hour, as well as from Pozzallo you can reach the island of Malta in a short time.
