The Space:
This spacious apartment is just a 5-minute walk to the beach! The open floor plan features a large and sunny living/dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms & two bathrooms. The first floor walk-up, tastefully decorated with native Portuguese tile, has a wrap-around balcony and sea view.

The Neighborhood:
Close to restaurants, beach bars and a supermarket. You can also walk to the Carcavelos market to try and catch a bargain!

It is a 5-10 min. walk to the Carcavelos train station, to go to explore vibrant Lisbon (25 min by train), or to go along the coast to experience the beaches and relaxing atmosphere of near-by Cascais (a 5-10 min. ride to Estoril and Cascais).

Getting Around:
Located in the residential area of Praceta Gaza, the property is well-connected for exploring Carcavelos and beyond. The Carcavelos Train Station is about a 15-minute walk away, offering convenient routes to Lisbon and other coastal towns. Multiple bus stops are also within close proximity, providing easy access to local attractions and shopping centers. For those who prefer to drive, the A5 motorway is easily accessible within a 10-minute drive, allowing for quick trips to Lisbon, Cascais, and other nearby areas.

Other Things to Note:
Our properties are self-catering, but we do make all beds up with linen and towels as well as provide basic amenities such as toilet rolls and soaps for a day or two.

If you would like to have additional sets of linen or need to hire baby or beach equipment, we have an array of amenities we can offer. Please ask us for more information. Alternatively, your guest area will also have these items once you have booked. We are also able to arrange airport transfers and day trips with baby seats if needed.
Check-in Times: We offer a meet and greet service until 20:00. Late check-in attracts a supplemental fee:

Tourist Tax:
Local municipalities have introduced a Tourist Tax, requiring hosts to collect from tourists staying in accommodations such as hotels, B&Bs, or vacation rentals. * Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited at any of our properties and actions may be taken should there be any complaints from the neighbours relating to excessive noise.
* Please note, the legal quiet times are between 23:00 to 07:00. Please limit noise (phone calls, TV, etc.)
* Additional guests are not allowed without the express permission of the management agency.
* Pets are not allowed at any of our properties regardless of size or behaviour as it is part of our agreement with our owners.
