This is not your typical vacation rental. A beautifully appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condominium welcomes you home to Ocean City. In this quiet, convenient first floor unit, you are just steps away from the beach and ocean, plus its location in Mid-town Ocean City is just a short trip to Fager's Island, Seacrets, Mackey's, and dozens of other restaurants and attractions. You can leave your linens at home Your comfy beds will be made with quality linens and soft towels are in the baths. There is a king size bed in the master and 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom. The kitchen is modern. There is china in the cabinets and plenty of pans and gadgets if you feel like cooking. Please check out my reviews we try very hard to be above the rest.

Great location

We really enjoys our stay here. Great location within 15 minutes of everything. First floor was a big plus, especially if you like to bring chairs and toys to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic condo, location and host

The property was perfect..location, cleanliness and daily necessities (kitchen appliances, washer/dryer etc). Our host, Greg was very responsive. He checked in to make sure we arrived, see if we needed anything. Great communication. would stay here again anytime!!

Great location and great host!

We had an incredible stay at this beach condo! The location is absolutely perfect, just steps away from the ocean and close to all the local attractions. The condo itself was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The host was super nice and accommodating, always quick to respond and make sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our beach getaway. Highly recommended!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. We all appreciated the location and comfort of the condo, enjoyed the history and photography books, the games. Loved the back porch, the sound of waves, the and the proximity of the beach. There’s a lot to be said for being on the first floor. We have stayed in newer places, where everything is perfect but we would choose this place over any of them, because of its aesthetic, it has personality and Greg is a very nice host.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. Greg's place was super clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you needed. Washer and dryer was a plus! Location was awesome. We'll definitely be back!

Great location, highly recommended!

Beachfront condo with lots of extras- two assigned parking places, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, laundry, lovely well-equipped kitchen, coffee station, nice patio with potted flowers, plenty of towels and blankets, keyless entry, games and books, comfy couch, and local host with great communication. Unfortunately, ocean view is blocked by high dunes (although makes it easier to carry stuff to the beach and unload car directly into condo). Also no dining table and chairs to eat meals or play games, although there is a kitchen bar with stools and a coffee table in the living room. Dunkin’ Donuts and fractured prune (and many other places right across the street/ walking distance) and beach is steps away. Really can’t beat the location. And condo was very nice/home-like and Greg (host) was the best.

Amazing weekend home!

From the moment we booked this rental, Greg was communicative and helping us with logistics. The property is very modern with a lovely kitchen, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, and immediate access to the beach. It had everything we needed for a long weekend including extra towels, games, and more, with Greg just a call away if we were missing anything. Highly recommend!

Long Weekend

Property was great for a long weekend. It was clean and there was more than enough room. There is not a dining room table, however, that did not affect our stay. We did have trouble figuring out how to adjust the water temp in the bathroom shower,. The knobs just seemed off or something. Also the shower liner did not work and we had water all over the floor after every shower. Bathroom not connected to master could just use an update. We only had 2 washclothes for 6 people but Greg made sure to get us some right away! The dishwasher broke right before our stay and he was very communicative about the issue and that a repair man would be stopping as well as him and also provided us some paper plates and cups so we had less to wash. Overall it was a great stay and i would stay again.

Great location, hardly ever had to drive

We had a great stay. The location was far from the main drag and craziness of ocean city but there was still plenty to do. The location is steps away from the beach, which is great when you have kiddos. Everything was great. We enjoyed our stay and could even see fireworks from our bedroom on the first night! The binder by the TV is helpful too and full of suggestions. Thank you!

Extremely Convenient For Beachgoers!

This rental is on the ground floor of a condominium property and is right next to a beach access path which we found to be extremely convenient for getting onto and off of the beach. The kitchen is amply stocked with pots and pans for cooking meals, and the presence of two parking spaces was nice as well. Greg was also a very communicative and helpful property owner who made us feel at home. I would highly recommend this rental for anyone who wants to spend plenty of time at the beach during their stay!
