Independent cottage, very quiet at the bottom of a private park and 100 meters from the sea. Two bedrooms, bathroom with walk-in shower, living room with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, microwave oven etc. Outside courtyard with gazebo, barbecue, table and chairs for outdoor living at any time of day. Equipped with TV with satellite decoder and Wi Fi internet.
The house is fresh and air-conditioned only on request. Private internal parking space. It has near all the shops for the first necessities, alimentary, butchery, pizzeria etc. A few kilometers, about 15 km, you reach the thermal baths of Suio very famous for the thermal pools and the healing mud. .
