Fully equipped, in an excellent position to enjoy the sea at 100 meters and close to the sulphurous water spas. Located between Rome and Naples, easily reachable by train which allows you to move independently for cultural trips to the cities of art.
It has two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a cot, a very bright living room with two sofas, a 38-inch flat-screen TV, fast Wi Fi or cable internet connection. a fully equipped independent kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and balconies all around with a small terrace for outdoor dining.

Fantastische vakantie in Scauri
Wij (2 volwassen met 3 kinderen) hebben hier 3 weken een enorm relaxte vakantie gehad! Mooi ruim appartement met balkon, dicht bij het strand en heel veel te doen in de mooie omgeving, Locatie was fijn rustig en in de omgeving voldoende te doen, uitstapje naar Rome en of Napoli is goed te doen en dichterbij is het leuk om naar Gaeta, Sperlonga, Minturno etc etc te gaan. Beatrice was onze vriendelijke gastvrouw, die er voor heeft gezorgd, dat deze vakantie als gezin, heerlijk is verlopen! Al met al een aanrader als je lekker wilt onthaasten en van de vriendelijke zuid Italiaanse mentaliteit wilt genieten!

Very good place I would h...
Very good place I would highly recommend for holidays with kids. Apartment is spacious, bright and very comfortable. Beach is few steps away. Trips to Rome & Naples are easy to manage even with children. The owner's family are exceptionally nice and friendly people, very helpful and generous. Will be recommending this place to my friends and aim to return myself.

"First to be mentioned is...
"First to be mentioned is the hospitality and warm relation to guests from Mrs. Beatrice and her family! The apartment is wonderful; access to beach is very easy. We stayed for a week in the beginning of September and were lucky with weather. The surrounding area is nice and quiet, not crowded with tourists. Everything one may need for relaxing beach holiday is nearby. The sea is shallow, very suitable for children, probably not quite crystal at the edge because of sandy beach, but this was not a real problem. Naples, Vesuvius and Pompeii are within 1 hour drive. The Amalfi coast is also reachable. Very likely we’ll stay here again during our next visit to Italy."

"casa altamente consigliata !!! eravamo tanti ragazzi ma abbiamo passato 5 giorni perfetti . la casa risponde alla descrizione;comoda , spaziosa; pulita e pratica con tutto ciò che serve e a due passi dal mare.tra i tanti servizi che ci sono stati offerti ,ci tengo a citare l'ampio parcheggio e la connessione wi-fi che noi ragazzi abbiamo davvero apprezzato .i proprietari sono persone squisite che non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla e sono stati sempre disponibili . noi leghiamo a questa casa un bellissimo ricordo e la consigliamo vivamente ."

"Nice apartment very clos...
"Nice apartment very close to coast, that has accomplished our expectations. Five of us were there in december and the place was warm and comfortable with plenty of hot water available. It is great destination for enjoying New Year´ holidays, exploring natural and historical heritage, doing excellent sport climbing in a numerous crags in the closeness. I will certainly come back again, and I am also reccomending this apartment to others."

"I have to say that we were very surprised with this apartment. Honestly, the pictures don't do it justice. We have 6 people in the apartment and we were very comfortable. In addition, the apartment was spotless when we arrived. The landlord, Mr. Benedetto, and his wife are very helpful. The kitchen was fully equipped and the only thing were really brought with us was food and wine! The apartment is also in a very nice location. There's a wonderful pizza shop right across that street and Its very close to the beach. It took us about two minutes to walk at a very slow pace--stollers and baby stuff slow you down. In addition, there are many beach clubs and a public beach available. We loved the area and we it's great. The apartment and the area are very kid friendly. There's a large sidewalk that streches the length of the beach--about 2.5 Kilometers and is great for a stroll, running or biking. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to visit italy."
