Lovely recently renovated apartment with a modern decor. The apartment is located on the beachfront of Levante Beach, next to the historic centre of Benidorm. Surrounded by all the services and leisure activities the city offers throughout the year.
The apartment faces south towards the beach and is sunny all day long. It has a modern and cosy equipment, perfect for enjoying a comfortable family holiday.
It has two bedrooms with single beds and a double bedroom with sea views, two bathrooms with showers, a spacious living-dining room with Nordic-style furnishings and panoramic views over Benidorm Bay - equipped with comfortable sofas, a panoramic TV and a reading area - and a fully equipped modern kitchen that connects to a gallery/storage room.
Air conditioning and heating are payable (€3 per hour)
The apartment has a numbered parking space.

Our check-in time is from 4pm to 7pm Monday to Sunday, if you arrive outside of these hours please note that the following surcharge will be applied for late check-in
- 8pm to 10pm a €30 surcharge
- 10:01pm to 12am a €50 surcharge
- 12:01am to 9am (the following day) a €100 surcharge
This amount will be charged the day after arrival or, failing that, will be deducted from the security deposit.
