A nice place but inconvenient check-in

The apartment was fine, with everything that is needed. However, to check in we had to go with all of our luggage to an office that was a 25-min drive from the apartment where we were staying. That was not very handy.

Rundown

Location is excellent. The place itself has seen better days. Things are broken, door knob falls off at front door, dirty, no dishsoap, paper towels. Bed linens and "clean"towels provided smelled moldy. Bathroom is super tiny no vent and door won't close for privacy. Prior to arriving i mesaged several times asking about where to park our car. I never got one response. To pick up your keys you have to go to a separate location. Bars and restaurants all within walking distance were excellent.

Tolle Lage in der Oberstadt

Die Bilder stimmen überein, allerdings ist das Sofa schon abgewohnt. Auf dem Bild sieht man keinen Tisch, versteh ich auch nicht, warum man nicht einen kleinen Tisch aufstellen kann, um Getränke abzustellen. Das Bad ist sehr klein, Klobrille hat einen Sprung. Wie in vielen Bädern könnte man - auch wenn das Bad klein ist - mehr Haken zum aufhängen haben. Die Badezimmertür schließt nicht richtig. Das Bett ist nur 1,40, fanden wir zu klein. Lt. Bild gibt es wirklich nur den Holzständer mit wenig Bügeln. Platz für einen Schranke wäre meiner Meinung nach aber vorhanden! Matratzen sind gut, Klimaanlage haben wir nicht gebraucht. Zur Lage: grundsätzlich ruhig, ist eine Nebenstraße, aber am WE hört man doch viel Gelächter und Partylärm, stört nachts sehr. Aber: gleich um die Ecke ist der Miradouro de Santa Catarina, ein echtes Highlight. Der Hausgang ist dreckig und es stinkt, zieht Gott sei Dank nicht in Apartment. Und er ist sehr schmal, mit großem Koffer (wir waren eine Woche dort) etwas mühsam. Tatsächlich weiß ich nicht, ob ich wieder kommen würde...
