A short walk to a large selection of restaurants and coffee shops and supermarkets, making sure you don't have to use the car for anything. Meander down the old town's cobbled stone streets towards the marina to find Parque Marchal Carmona where you have large green spaces with a quiet cafe, ponds, rose gardens and more.

The Neighborhood:
Located just in the narrow cobble stone streets of old town Cascais - a small fishing town offering everything at close walking distance - no need for a car. It has just been beautifully decorated and offers all of the lifestyle Cascais has to offer on the doorstep. Living room & bedrooms are south facing enjoying the sunshine from morning until sunset.

Lay in bed and enjoy a book whilst listening to the ocean waves. The train station, Cascais-Estoril-Lisbon (32 mins), is a minute's walk. It is situated close to the popular square, Largo de Camões in the cobble streets of Old Town Cascais, with its abundance of choice when it comes to cafés, restaurants or bars. A short walk to the parks, marina and yacht club, beaches, shops, good bars and many restaurants are just 50m down the road.
Getting Around:
Situated on R. Frederico Arouca, the property enjoys a prime location in the heart of Cascais. The Cascais Train Station is just a 10-minute walk away, offering convenient connections to Lisbon and other coastal towns. Multiple bus stops are also within close proximity, making it easy to explore the local area and beyond. For those who prefer to drive, the A5 motorway is easily accessible, allowing for quick trips to Lisbon and surrounding regions. Cyclists will appreciate the nearby bike paths that lead to scenic spots and key attractions.
Other Things to Note:
Our properties are self-catering, but we do make all beds up with linen and towels as well as provide basic amenities such as toilet rolls and soaps for a day or two.
If you would like to have additional sets of linen or need to hire baby or beach equipment, we have an array of amenities we can offer. Please ask us for more information. Alternatively, your guest area will also have these items once you have booked. We are also able to arrange airport transfers and day trips with baby seats if needed.

Tourist Tax:

* Please note, the legal quiet times are between 23:00 to 07:00. Please limit noise (phone calls, TV, etc.)
* Additional guests are not allowed without the express permission of the management agency.
* Pets are not allowed at any of our properties regardless of size or behaviour as it is part of our agreement with our owners.
