Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Isabel. L'appartement est bien situé dans le centre de Lisbonne et proche des commodités, fonctionnel et très pratique pour une famille. Le petit jardinet est également bien agréable pour profiter du soleil et de l'air frais. Un grand merci à Isabel !

Parfait

Appartement nickel, très bien entretenu et possédant tout le nécessaire, idéal pour voyage en couple (possibilité de loger à 4 grâce au canapé dans le salon, mais ça doit être un peu serré). Idéalement situé (à moins de 15 minutes à pied de la placa de Rossio, et à moins de 5 minutes du métro). Isabel est à votre écoute et répond à toutes vos questions très rapidement, vous donne de bonnes adresses, des infos. Vraiment sympa. Vraiment parfait.

NOT Satisfactory

We are not happy with our rental in Lisbon. The absentee owner has her sister and parents play host. The studio apartment has NO windows, just a door to the garden that must be closed and shuttered at night. The air conditioner (a window unit) does not work. The bathroom/shower curtain stank of urine. The futon was so used that we rolled into the center. The garden is over-grown with weeds and covered in pigeon droppings and not at all inviting or attractive. The chairs for the outside table are in significant disrepair. The plastic webbing on the seats is shredded. There is no shower. Just a bathtub with a hand shower without a hook to hang it on. We have stayed in MANY VRBO rentals. The owner always left a notebook with instructions on how to use the appliances/electronics. The owner left nothing. The Lisbon Guide book was published in 1997 and is in Portuguese. What about tourist who only speak other languages? We did not use the any appliances - the washing machine for example, because there were no instructions. All the products were labeled in Portuguese, which is understandable - BUT- we could not tell what was dish soap and what was a caustic cleaning product. The liquid soap container in the bathroom and kitchen were empty and there was hardly any toilet paper. Also, the place is much smaller that described because the front room is locked. DO NOT rent this apartment - we are very sorry that we did rent it. The owner did not use the VRBO payment. We had to pay in cash when we arrived. There must be better places in Lisbon.

Très bien

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement d'Isabelle. Il est conforme aux photos et à la description donnée. De plus des dépliants pour visiter la ville nous attendait, ainsi que plein de petites attention. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cet appartement !

Very calm honeaway appartment

Very quiet environment but so well located most of tourist location walkable from the apt. The outdoor garden is refreshing & help me spent my vacation in a big noisy city. Luckily the surroundings of the apt. is quiet as this city has a lots of major reconstruction in the main downtown area. Lisboa has its charms, and a visit to Sintra is a most while staying in Lisboa.

Very nice!

We had a very nive stay in Lisbon. The apartment is fine, very clean and with a nice garden en enough space. Near the apartment are a couple of good restaurants and with a 7 min walk you are at the metro station. The owners are very kind and gave us a lot of good ideas to do at our stay. We loved our stay in Lisbon, its a great city, enough to see and the food is delicious ;-)

Très bon séjour à Lisbonne

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par manuel avec un présent, de plus il parle français et donne de bonnes adresses. l'appartement est identique aux photos et très agréable avec sa terrasse et son jardin très paisible. Il y a tout le nécessaire fournis et le clic clac est très confortable. La location est bien entretenue et propre. De plus, le studio est bien situé et on se repère très vite. Je recommande ce studio ainsi que le site pour de bons conseils "bonjour Lisbonne" tenu par des français que nous avons suivi tout notre séjour. Enfin merci à isabel pour tout le suivit, conseil et gentillesse que vous nous avez apportés. à bientôt Jessica et Nicolas

Très bonne situation géographique

L'atout majeur de cette location est, sans conteste, sa très bonne situation géographique dans le centre de Lisbonne, à proximité de l'artère principale, de la plaça Marques de Pombal et des lignes de métro. Par très forte chaleur, la terrasse est également très appréciable même si elle est désormais très encombrée par la végétation. Ce qui nous amène à indiquer que les photos de l'appartement mériteraient une actualisation... avec notamment un couchage composé d'un clic clac qui prend de la place une fois déplié (on ne le replie pas tous les jours...). Enfin, un bon rafraîchissement électrique et la réparation de la lumière dans la salle de bains seraient bien utiles. Hormis cet aspect confort, la prise en charge de notre accueil par la propriétaire et ses parents est tout à fait remarquable : conseils opportuns et gentillesse garantis !!

UN HAVRE DE PAIX

Studio très agréable et conforme au descriptif. Accès à pieds aux commerces, transports, sites touristes et en même temps appartement situé dans un quartier très calme. L' Aeorobus n°1 à la sortie de l'aéroport vous dépose à moins de 10mn du studio, descendre à l'arrêt Av. Da Liberdade (c'est facile et rapide). Lisbonne est une ville attachante de part sa douceur de vivre et la gentillesse de ses habitants. J'y reviendrai mais pour un plus long séjour. Merci à Isabel et à l'accueil chaleureux de ses Parents.

Un enchantement

8 jours dans cet agréable studio où nous nous trouvions si bien, chaque soir, après avoir usé nos semelles dans cette si belle ville. Rien à redire, tout y était parfait, de l'accueil par la soeur de notre logeuse (un plus, elle parlait français) à la propreté et l'agencement des lieux. La petite terrasse et le jardinet, clos, aux plantes exotiques ajoutent à l'impression d'être "chez soi". Merci à Isabel, la propriétaire, qui, depuis Paris, nous a donné un maximum de conseils et renseignements pour que notre séjour soit réussi. Il l'a vraiment été.

Parfait

Parfait pour un couple, très bien équipé et bien situé proche du métro cet appartement propose tout ce d'on vous aurez besoin. De plus, l'accueil des parents de madame marcos est très sympathique. Madame marcos s'est montrée des plus disponible pour nous guider dans notre voyage. Encore merci pour tout nous avons passé un agréable séjour. A bientôt peut être.

Location à ne pas rater pour un sejour à Lisbonne

Déjà il faut le dire la propriétaire ainsi que ses parents parlent le français, ce qui aide vraiment beaucoup. De plus ses personnes connaissent leur ville sur le bout des doigts donc quand vous partez là-bas vous avez déjà une belle idée de ce qu'il faut faire ou non. De plus l'appartement contient pleins de documentation sur Lisbonne et même un petit guide. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil sur place mais aussi un très bon suivis auparavant lors de la réservation et quelques jours avant le départ. Ils sont très disponibles. Appartement conformes aux photos mais encore plus charmant en réalité. Pour 2 il dispose de tout ce qu'il faut, même un petit jardin très agréable le soir en rentrant de visites. A propos de sa localisation, on ne peut pas mieux faire vraiment... il est dans le centre-ville, proche de tous les quartiers de la capitale. Nous n'avons pas touché la voiture de la semaine. La plupart des déplacements se font à pieds et pour les quartiers les plus éloignés le métro ou encore le train qui sont largement abordables. Je garde un merveilleux souvenir de ce voyage!!

L'appartement d'Isabel es...

L'appartement d'Isabel est bien situé et est très facile d'accès depuis l'aéroport notamment en métro. L'environnement est calme et l'appartement,propre et bien tenu, dispose de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Isabel et ses parents sont très accueillants et disponibles et se font un plaisir de nous donner quelques informations précieuses concernant les lieux à visiter.
