Relaxing Ocean Time

Beautiful view, appreciated the king size bed and modern decor. Wonderful to have a secure parking spot in garage and easy access to beach. Every aspect made our stay so relaxing!

Perfect Stay

Property manager was an excellent comminicator, view was perfect, weather was perfect, near shops and restaurants. Place was nice and clean with a beach motif.

Awesome Place

We stay in Oceanside all the time. This place was perfect. The view was great. Loved leaving slider open all night and listening to the waves. We will definitely be staying here again.

This is a very cozy property. Clean, convenient, and comfy.

We enjoyed our week. It was a cold, rainy week but found lots to do in the communities surrounding Oceanside. The property was wonderful. Very clean and supplied with everything you can think of for a good stay.

We had a difficult time finding the Patrol Office. Otherwise all was wonderful. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Just perfect!

Property was exactly as described and extremely well equipped. The location can’t be beat - view from the balcony is amazing! Though the unit was just a studio there was ample space for the 2 of us. With the sleeping space off to the side it felt very roomy. First time staying in this unit and we will definitely be back!

Really like the set up and location of unit. Only issues we had was we were not able to get pod coffee maker to work and the sheets for the couch bed too small. Would rent it again.

Resort status!

My family was blown away by the grounds! It was like being at a resort. This studio is well stocked and clean. There was even had a great selection of sand toys! The views were great. The parking spot is tight but not a big deal. We will definitely be back!! Thank you

The view!

Everything you need in a compact space. Clean, comfortable, thoughtful amenities. Awesome beach walking, beautiful grounds. Find the koi feeder near the office and bring some quarters! Great fun! The spa was big and clean, nice gym and pool tables go mostly unused, get in there! We had a great time.

Gorgeous location

This property had a gorgeous balcony, view and kitchen. The property had a hot tub and pool my kids used quite a bit, but when we were there it was really cold. We couldn’t find a heater or extra blankets. We were freezing most of our trip.

Beyond expectations!

We loved our California stay here! It was the perfect condo for us; privacy and a huge view of the ocean and pier. The place is like being in a tropical paradise! Direct access to the beach was awesome. The parking garage was so convenient being right under us. Beautiful walkways to our family staying in other units. Only a .5 mi walk to coffee at the harbor! Traveling from Tennessee, for a wedding, we had a family reunion barbecue at the pool with 20 relatives.

Perfection!!

Perfection! From the Condo, the ocean view, the location, the complex!! We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the ocean! Condo was fully stocked with everything we needed and more! Bed was very comfortable. It felt spacious with 2 of us. We walked to most of the eateries, as the town is quaint and easily walkable. The complex was in constant stages of being cleaned, to keep it that way. We highly recommend Thu, who is great with communication, and his beautiful Condo. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Loved this condo

We've stayed in another unit within this complex a couple of times and decided to try a different one this year. This unit is our favorite now, and we promptly booked a repeat trip for next year as soon as we got back home. This view is incredible! The condo is as is shown, yet somehow better. For us (middle aged couple) it was the perfect size. I was worried that we'd regret downsizing from a one bedroom to a studio unit but we didn't at all. We actually liked having the bed out there and we slept with the slider door open which we loved. Unit also has a traditional cable TV subscription which was nice. The bed is a huge king and we found it to be really comfortable. I slept like a baby there. The only negatives would be that the bathroom is pretty small, and I think the unit only works size-wise for a couple or single. Even adding a small child would be a lot I think.

Everything we wanted in a cozy studio. Excellent view, even though we had the unfortunate luck of having rain 4 out of 5 days. We walked the beach during every break in the weather and enjoyed watching the surf from the balcony when it rained. The condo itself was great. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen was well stocked and a good size. Nice bathroom with the sink separated from the shower and toilet, which is great for privacy and convenience. The location of this condo cannot be beat. It is an easy walk to either the harbor or the fishing pier. There are many restaurants within walking distance and many more a short drive away. Several grocery stores can also be found just a short drive away. We really enjoyed our time in the condo despite the poor weather, and we hope to return in the future.

Comfortable and easy access to waves!

This studio condo was nicely furnished, clean, had quality appliances, and had a great view of the beach from the balcony. The king bed was super comfortable! The pull-out couch was not very comfortable for my 12-yr-old, but he survived just fine. We loved that we didn't need to bring towels, chairs or boogie boards for the beach. They had it all, including a beach umbrella and wagon that we did not use. The TV was hi end and had great picture quality. Our biggest disappointment was the terrible wifi service. We'd be connected one minute and dropped the next. We restarted the router so many times, I couldn't"t keep count. Do not expect to have reliable wifi if you stay here. If the owners could remedy this one thing I would probably give this place 5 stars. We contacted them about this during our stay, but they did not even respond. They did respond quickly when we had a question about the combination to the locker, though.
