This splendid and exclusive 70 sqm panoramic apartment is located in the heart of Rome in an 18th century building 50 meters from the Trevi Fountain in one of the oldest and most suggestive areas of Rome, the Trevi District characterized by its ancient streets full of restaurants, ice cream parlors and shops.
Just 7 minutes walk from the Spanish Steps, 20 minutes from the Colosseum and 15 minutes from the Roma Termini train station. With a 5-minute walk, you can reach the Barberini Metro stop, from which links to Termini Station and the Vatican leave.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor, with lift, it is bright and very quiet, allowing guests to immediately immerse themselves in the unique and fascinating romantic atmosphere of this district.
The wonderful 25 sqm terrace, organized with table and chairs, offers a fantastic panoramic view that allows you to admire the Quirinale hill and the upper part of the sculptures of the Trevi Fountain in all its beauty.
The apartment, with antique terracotta floors and exposed beams, consists of a large dining room and lounge with kitchenette, sofa bed (French), fully equipped kitchen, two spacious double bedrooms and two complete bathrooms shower and hairdryer.

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Rome

Great stay at this beautiful apartment steps away from the Trevi Fountain. Right in the middle of all the crowds but the apartment itself was a great retreat with the large terrace providing a beautiful and relaxing setting to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of each day. Sara was a fantastic host and made check in and out very easy. We also appreciated her recommendations on where to eat and get groceries/taxis nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Great apartment

The apartment is exactly as pictured. It is in a very central location, on a busy pedestrian walk way steps from Trevi. We had a nice and comfortable stay!

Great location and great view

Host Sara was wonderful to us and helped arrange transportation for us among other recommendations for us for dining and sightseeing during our stay. Location was central to all of the major sights and landmarks and we were able to easily walk to all of the major landmarks from the apartment. I would recommend this apartment for any 2 couple or small family parties.

Amazing location!

We loved everything about this apartment! There was plenty of space for our family of 5. It was nice to have 2 full bathrooms. The terrace is lovely and spacious. It was incredibly hot in Rome but the 3 A/C units worked great. The location is perfect. It’s only a 10 second walk to Trevi Fountain which is always very crowded but you can’t hear the street noise in the apartment.

Great place for family of 4 in a perfect location

My husband and I and our two college aged children stayed here. Although we weren’t in the property much as we were out exploring…it was spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large terrace. It is literally steps from Trevi Fountain. Check in and out process were seamless and our host even arranged our trip back to the airport. Highly recommend

Location is excellent. Apartment is 300 years old! Outside space is perfect. Beds were comfortable. Sara was an excellent host - great communication and check in process was smooth. Only thing to consider is that the showers are very small, our 6’4” travel mate found the showering process challenging. Highly recommend!

Good safe place next to the fountain. The host was great and provided things to do in the local area. The only thing that was weird was the elevator to the apartment. Very very different than what we are use to but we can understand with the building being approximately 500 years old.

Lovely apartment, very central

My family and I had an excellent stay in this apartment. It was lovely and clean with everything we needed for a comfotable stay. Sara was generous with her willingness to help and we found following her restaurant suggestions wonderful! Being so close to the Trevi fountain was amazing, and being able to duck off the busy street upstairs felt like a real treat.

Lovely!

The apartment was just lovely! I stayed with my husband and 3 children, and there was plenty of space for all. It was clean, comfortable, and had all amenities. My favorite was the outdoor terrace! Great location right beside the Trevi Fountain, lots of restaurant options all around (try the Porchetta Sandwich at Antica Al Forno across the street). We would absolutely stay here again.

In the middle of the magic.

We only stayed for a few days but the location was amazing because it put us steps from the Trevi fountain and in the middle of all the beautiful sites in Rome. Apartment was true to its description and made for a beautiful stay and Sara our host was lovely.

the only negative was the elevator. Very small, if someone did not close the inside doors, the elevator does not work.

Perfect location, great for families!

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Rome. It was located just steps from the Trevi Fountain, and a great central location to all the other sights. The apartment was spacious and very clean, with a great terrace for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Sara was a great host, arranging for an airport transfer for us as well as providing tips and recommendations. We would definitely stay here again!

Stay in Rome

Sara was very prompt and informative with her communications from selecting the property all the way until we departed the property. We so enjoyed the patio and would have our pre- evening rest playing games and sipping wine out there. It was also a prime location for our daily adventures around rome. Plenty of restaurants to enjoy also!

Great location near Trevi Fountain

Despite the busy Easter week with a lot of tourists and a some rain we found this apartment to perfect for our needs. It was spacious, comfortable, and right in the heart of the city. Easy walks to most sites and the subway station for longer trips (Vatican). Sara was great at showing us everything and helped coordinate a ride to the airport. Overall, a great stay.

Wonderful location

The apartment was very comfortable. We were very thankful for the lift so we didn’t have to go up 4 flights of stairs. You couldn’t ask for a better location. Trevi Fountain is just around the corner and there were many restaurants and shopping just outside the door. Sara was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come to Rome again.

Trevi apartment pretty but noisy neighborhood

The apartment was charming and our host was very helpful upon arrival. However, we would not stay near the Trevi fountain again. It’s great if you like a party atmosphere as it is a very loud, crowded neighborhood. We would have preferred something quieter.
