The shared guest bath includes a custom tile and glass shower with soaking tub, towel warmer, quartz countertop, floating vanity with coordinated accessories and modern fixtures.

For the utmost guest comfort, this house provides other modern amenities such as, a full size Samsung front loaded washer and dryer, 2-car garage, WiFi, phone service with unlimited long distance to US and Canada, HD Cable TV, central A/C & heating and ceiling fans.

This home is the ultimate Palm Springs vacation for a romantic couples getaway or snowbirds looking for a private, relaxing, warm retreat. There is plenty of private space for a family or 2 couples traveling together. We strive to provide you all the comforts of home without the work. That is why we offer all our guests access to a local property manager on call to attend to your needs. Within walking distance to the Palm Springs village center and beautiful Ruth Hardy Park, it’s the perfect locale to experience all the attractions and entertainment that Palm Springs has to offer including day spas, golfing, boutiques, museums, art galleries, dining, coffee houses, hiking, biking, horseback riding, gambling, bars and night clubs. You will also be about 1 mile from Ralph’s grocery store, Starbucks, Power Fitness Gym, Rite Aid, PS Public Library, Desert Memorial Hospital, Spa Resort Casino and lots of casual dining.

International guests will find Palm Springs to be an ideal "home base" for daytrip excursions to Southern California. Enjoy nearby Joshua Tree National Monument (an extraordinary national park set in the desert) and theme parks within a two-hour drive including Disneyland (Anaheim) and Sea World (San Diego), as well as a Wet N Wild Waterpark in Palm Springs.

OPTIONAL FEES

For stays of less than 28 nights, the optional pool & spa heat fee is $100/day or $650/week. Pool heat is not needed between June - September. If you do not want pool heat but would like to heat the spa, the cost is $50/ day. A utility deposit is collected for stays of 28 nights or more and the amount is based on the length of stay. The cost of an Early Arrival or Late Departure is $200 each plus tax.
