Holiday home with whirlpool and various activities located overlooking the fields at Ærøskøbing. In 2018, the old stable building has been completely renovated and now contains three double bedrooms and a bathroom with whirlpool as well as activity rooms with table football, billiards, air hockey and a bar area. The house contains a separate kitchen with dishwasher. There are two bathrooms as well as two double bedrooms. On the 1st floor there is a large living room and a bedroom with two double beds. Utility room with washing machine and freezer of 200 l. There is internet with Danish and German channels. Outdoors there are football goals and several cozy nooks. In the back corner of the backyard stands a windmill. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
