This charm-filled cottage is located in the wonderful village of Hoxne in Suffolk and can sleep three people in two bedrooms.

Ploughman's is a traditional attached cottage burting with character, positioned perfectly within the village of Hoxne, in East Anglia. It comprises three bedrooms; a double and a single (trundle bed available on request), sleeping three guests. Inside also houses an open-plan sitting room with a dining area and a compact kitchen, as well as a ground floor bathroom. Outside is roadside parking for 1 car and a garden with lawn, patio and furniture. Ploughman's is a beautiful retreat in a fabulous area of Suffolk. Note: Tight spiral stairs to the two bedrooms, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility

Smart TV with Freesat and Freeview Play, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove/fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and stairgate available on request. Roadside parking for 1 car. Garden with lawn, patio and furniture. Two well-behaved pets allowed. Sorry, no smoking. With a wealth of day trips to enjoy and plenty of walking and cycling on the doorstep, Hoxne is the ideal base.
