Ground floor at Las Palomas Resort. Enjoy this 2 Bedroom/2Bathroom Condo, located on the ground floor of the Diamante building Phase 1, over 2000 sf of patio overlooking pools, lazy river, steps from the bar pool and beach.
Diamante 105 features an open design kitchen overseeing the living room. The entertainment center has a 60 inches flat screen TV with soundbar and Netflix.
The living room has also a dining area comfortable for six guests.
All 2 bedrooms have King bed and 48 inches flat screen TV with Netflix.
The spectacular patio comes with a dining table for 6, chairs, lounge chairs and an extra round table at the end of the patio overlooking all the amenities and beach.
Diamante 105 is conveniently located by the grill patio, free to use for all guests, enjoy the free underground parking, all the pools and restaurants that Las Palomas Resort offers.
We listen to our guests and for your comfort
We added a Keurig 2.0 coffee machine.

Wonderful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We went with our bffs who we have been to Mexico with several times since 1999. This was our favorite place, and we plan to stay again, and again! The whole resort was very clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. The unit was everything we expected, and more. The proximity to the pool and hot tub was wonderful, and the beach was literally steps away! The unit is well appointed and had everything we needed as far as linens, dishes, pots, pans and utensils. The host was fabulous to work with and accommodated our need for a change of dates with no fuss. We love Rocky Point and will go back as soon as we can....again, and again! Thank you Fabrizio!!

Prime Location at Las Polomas

The location of this unit is prime, you can walk to the beach in under a minute. Ground level no elevator needed. Literally, foot steps from the pools. The patio is huge. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

You can’t control the AC it’s set by the owner

I love staying at las Paloma’s. Condo Diamanté 105 was clean and beautiful but the temperature of the AC is set by the owner and you can’t adjust it. I get hot and I sleep hot. I was sweating all day and night. I will not stay there again due to that. If I rent a condo I should be able to set the temperature of the AC to what ever I want. It’s not cheap to stay there so I should’ve been able to be comfortable at what ever temperature I wanted.

The condo is absolutely perfect for a family with children. A huge patio for the kids to run around on, the beach and pool just steps away - super convenient access and all the amenities you need for the trip.

Beauty Property But…

Very frustrating check in. Go to check in and the lobby is closed to phase 1, nothing but a small sign on desk to tell you where to go to check in. Go to condo no sign to tell you where to go. Like park in garage and it’s the first floor. Signs or good directions would be nice. Staff is beyond amazing and helpful. They go out of their way to help and keep the property beyond clean. Go to check out knowing lobby was closed went to where we checked in. Front is being worked on and no sign to tell you where to go to check out. Walk in no one around so we figure they’re closed. By this time we just want to leave. Finally an employee takes us the back way into the lobby and we check out. MAJOR RECOMMENDATION - SIGNS, SIGNS, SIGNS TO LET VISITORS KNOW WHAT’S GOING ON!!!

December 2023 Family Christmas trip.

Overall this rental is in a excellent location. We really enjoyed our time here as a family. The property itself is absolutely amazing. The apartment has most of the essentials you will need and is perfectly located next to the pool, pool bar, and beach. This apartment is in phase 1 and the only hot Jacuzzi that was open was in phase 2 which is just a short walk away. The large pool in phase 1 is heated and was very comfortable to swim in even at night. Our oldest son who slept on the hideaway said it was horrible so if you have more than 4 people staying here keep that in mind. Other than that everything was as expected and in very good condition. Fabrizio is a excellent host who went above and beyond to be accomodating. We would definitely stay here again if we had a group of 4 people or less.

Las Palomas Resort is the top spot in Puerto Penasco, you will enjoy all the amenities: pools, golf, bars, restaurant, lazy river.
Our condo is on a prime location In the middle of all and brand new furnishing.

What makes this property unique

The Las Palomas Resort complex consists of two Phases and over 800 individually owned condominiums, with a variety of different floor plans, finishes, and decorations. ● Both Phases have a number of different pools, including a lazy river and swim up bar & grille. Phase I features a water slide, the fitness center , convenience store, and La Maria restaurant, which is open for dinner only. Phase II features a Kid's Club, Five Senses Spa, the sales desk, convention center, and the main lobby restaurant, Citron, which is open for breakfast, lunch & dinner, as well as a wonderful Sunday Brunch. Owners and guests have access to all of the amenities in both Phases, regardless which Phase they stay in
