The apartment is located on the right bank, in a quiet area and a 15-minute walk from the port and entertainment by pedestrian area at the exit of the residence.
Washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge / freezer, fold-out corner sofa in bed, fitted kitchen, crockery for 10 people, TV with Freeview, iron etc. Separate bedroom with double bed. 2 fans. Balcony with pool and Pyrenees view. Garden furniture + 2 deckchairs, awning awning.
Bakery, grocery store and takeaway at 100m (pizza fries, roast chickens). Good restaurants nearby.
Beach at 800 meters accessible by cycle path, Village at 800 meters (3 markets per week), lidl, Intermarché at 5 minutes by car.
Many activities and activities in Gruissan:
Kite surfing, Sailing, tennis, Paddle, Tree climbing, fishing and sea trips, balneo fun area.
Narbonne 10 minutes by car.
Walks on foot or by bike, on horseback (marked paths over tens of kms).
