THIS IS IT!!! The Grand Prize Winner "Parade of Homes 2017." Amazing brand new 7 bedroom, 6,600 sq/ft home, located off of West Ten Mile run on a private ski spur and steps from the Lumberjack lift. This home is a modern mountain masterpiece built by award winning builder of the year, Pinnacle Mountain Homes. This house was designed with a passion for large families and multi-family groups. We have stayed in some of the best homes in the area and this one is built to top them all! Construction was completed in early 2017.

Enter through the front door and you will be blown away by the high ceilings and full glass views of the mountain and forest behind. The kitchen is a culinary masterpiece which will bring out the Top Chef in each of you. The massive island is perfect for feeding all the kids, while the adults dine in the adjacent dining room, surrounded by glass on two sides, with the grand fire place and great room completing the atmosphere.

The back porch may be the best space of the house. Enjoy open views of the continental divide to one side, and your kids coming down your private ski run on the other. After a day on the slopes, kick your feet up on the outdoor gas fire pit with friends and family.

Each of the five master bedrooms all with kings, have been uniquely designed to ensure a pampered and special week at the home. High end finishes, luxury tubs and steam showers, private fire places and spectacular views await each couple. After a day of activities and an unforgettable evening, retreat to your own bit of heaven on earth. Full size washer and dryer can be found on all three levels.

The basement is a kids paradise with it's own kitchen, pool table, foosball, ski locker room, and girls and boys bunk rooms with four double queens each. The walk in ski locker room is located here with individual equipment storage lockers, just a few steps away from the slopes. A dedicated theatre room will offer hours of evening entertainment for both the kids and adults. A comfy pull out couch in front of the TV and fire place is present in case a chaperone is needed downstairs. The adults can have hours of evening time while the kids play the night away.

Perfect location and home to host our large party for a ski vacation. The only thing missing was an elevator for the master suite…takes some time to get used to altitude stairs. Really beautiful home and the ski in/out was ideal. Great host who was quick to reply with answers when needed.

Second stay at this house :)
Every two years my husband and I get our 3 adult kids and their spouses and our 8 grandkids for a week on Copper. Second time in this house and it didn’t disappoint! We had fresh snow and as great as it is being so close to the lift, having the back of the house area to sled and play in the snow was amazing!The house is set up awesome and allows us to have together space but also enough bedrooms for the adults to all have their own room and bathroom. We love this house and hope to be back again in 2027!***fantastic communication!! Had a few questions along the way and the owner was always quick to reply and help out in anyway possible to make sure our stay was amazing!

What a great stay! The house was clean and the kitchen very well stocked. We had so much room and the ski in/ski out was perfect for us! The host was also very responsive with any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Copper Home
Beautiful home with thoughtful and unique decor different from your typical cookie cutter rental. The home is huge with plenty of space for everyone to sleep and gather for meals, tv, or just hanging out. The theater and game rooms are a wonderful touch. Sierra was very helpful, responsive, and accommodating. We would definitely come back again for a stay in Copper.

A Dream Made Reality
This house is something you dream about; it literally has everything you would ever want on a ski trip. The kids had snowball fights and did sledding in the back yard. You can ski to the lift and then ski right back to the house. Every room is like a master bedroom. The pictures both tell it all and do not tell it all. We had 19 people in the house, but it never felt crowded, it was truly a vacation my family with never forget. As far as communication, any question I had was answered within minutes. They were very kind and polite, as well as accommodation. We are already planning to book this house again next year. Another fun thing if you are looking to book here with a family. All the runs near this house and the lift it is next to are amazing Greens. They are not overly difficult, but at the same time, they aren't boring for your average skier either. I'd be blown away if this place ever received anything but 5 stars, as that is the only rating that accurately describes how your stay will be here.

We had a great time and the kids and grandkids were all pleased with the property and location. We like the ease of getting young children to ski down to ski school. They loved playing in the snow behind the house.

Wonderful week on the mountain
This property is beautiful and was perfect for us and our friends to ski for the week. True ski in and out. Every detail was thought out for comfort and provided for an excellent vacation for all of us. Check in and out was super easy and we highly recommend anyone stay here if you want a luxurious mountain vacation.

Great Ski Vacation
We had an amazing time. The house was great and the ski in ski out was so easy. Our group was 6 couples and everyone had plenty of space with large bedrooms, huge gourmet kitchen, great theatre room and so much more. The host made great recommendations for a chef to come in and prepare dinner as well as a driver we could use. Just an amazing visit.

This property boasts an incredible location, cleanliness and level of comfort that is hard to match. I just completed my third stay at Bella Rose and have been equally impressed each visit. We’ll certainly look to return for another ski trip. Marla and Sierra do a wonderful job of communicating and accommodating their guests. 5* All Around!

Great house..plenty of space and lots of amenities, especially functional things in kitchen,bathroom laundry, etc. Can ski out and its about a 25 yard walk in from the slopes, which us about as convenient as you get for Copper Mountain. House is situated on the beginner side if the mountain which is a plus for those wanting to stick in that area. Modern, luxurious accomodation. I dont think you will be disappointed.

Family vacation
We loved the overall experience and the home was beautiful! The house was very well equipped with pretty much everything we needed especially in the kitchen. Things that need improvement: the pillows were very uncomfortable and not much space to place or store the luggage. One room did not have a closet and was very narrow. The house provides shampoo and body wash, it would be nice to have conditioner. Minor stuff with the exception of the pillows. Overall a wonderful home! Management was awesome and quick to respond on questions. We really enjoyed our stay!

Setting is Magical
The home is as described, beautiful in design and ski in/out. Your view is phenomenal, with a pine forest out the back windows and deck and mountains out the front deck and side windows. We enjoyed the afternoon sunshine around the gas fire pit every day, and the hot tub on the patio below. The ski locker room was an easy walk in with lockers and washer/dryer and storage so getting in and out of equipment was easy. Kitchen fully stocked and appreciated the spices and incidentals left by owners/previous guests - nice touch. We both used some and left some. Beds all comfy. Baths nicely appointed. Don’t try to take too many baths at once, tempting for guests but will run out of hot water, that’s on us. Owner was tremendous at getting back with us and allowed us to store our luggage in garage in an early arrival. Theater room comfy and games/puzzles in the lower level were also enjoyed by all. As skiers, we figured out the terrain pretty quickly on how to ski in, out is easy, need to figure out the right entrance for in. You do need a SUV, small is fine; we tried to go without and just shuttle around but pretty stuck. We rented one in Silverthorne Enterprise last minute, and that worked great. The base at Copper isn’t as nice as surrounding towns and Frisco downtown so close, it was good to venture out. We had a pretty significant injury on the mountain during our stay, and the Copper ski patrol was top notch. For spring skiing, conditions were fantastic. A great spring break week even with our injury. Thank you for a lovely stay.

House was just…everything! Perfect location (true ski in ski out for all levels). Owner was super responsive for the few questions we had. Never saw the kids - had their entire own floor downstairs - pool table, foosball, movie room, hot tub, etc…Everyone agreed that this house will be a repeat (if available!!)!!

It was just as beautiful in person as the pictures! Location was accurate, few steps to get you down to the chairlift! Just needs some written directions for all the wonderful extras - the sound system, the theatre room, the steam showers - a lot of guessing! Our family of 15 enjoyed every second and would definitely recommend!

Amazing ski in ski out luxury home!!
Our group of 14 adult friends had an amazing time at Marla’s home. It’s a great ski in/ski out location. It is a high end luxury house with an amazing great room for everyone to hang out together. The kitchen is very well stocked and has nice high end appliances. We’ve already booked for next year!

Christmas at Copper
We had 19 people in the home ranging from a 4 month old to a 72 year old. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chateau Bella Rose! The accommodations fit our family perfectly. Bedrooms/Bathrooms/Kitchen/Multiple Washer/Dryers were all great. Ski in-ski out access was ideal, we went sledding behind the home as well, enjoyed the hot tub and movie room immensely. We did feel that the cleaning crew might have been rushed and did not have adequate time to fully clean the home before we arrived. Also, be prepared to supply additional paper goods..paper towels, toilet paper, etc. We also felt that there could have been a few more towels in the home. Overall a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!
