St Leon - La Fermiere and Le Pressoir combined

St Leon is a traditional Breton farmhouse that has been fully restored and is now a beautifully spacious property with private pool that is ideal for holidays for groups of up to 18 people. On the ground floor there are two fully equipped kitchens, a sitting room and room that can use as either a dining room with a table for 18 people or a second sitting room with a table for 8. Up two steps there is the first of eight bedrooms. The other seven are spread across the two upper floors. Seven of the bedrooms are ensuite. The eighth has a family bathroom just next door.
Outside, there are two large private terraces with garden furniture and barbecues.
To the side of the house there is a laundry room with a toilet. A half-acre garden surrounds three sides of the house and includes a shaded play area and the fenced private pool area
The 11m x 5m heated private pool with its retractable cover means that swimming is possible in all weathers. The pool area is surrounded by a fence and alarmed when the lockable cover is removed.
The pool is open daily from 09:00 to 22:00 from the end of April until the end of September. It is heated to a minimum of 23° during these months. We will remove and replace the cover according to the weather during your stay.
At only five kilometres from Languidic with its supermarket, bakeries and restaurants, St Leon is ideally located for both those that wish to have a lazy holiday lounging by the pool and those that wish to explore the many different excursions the Morbihan offers including beaches within half an hour of the property.
St Leon can also be rented in two parts – La Fermiere (property number 8843865) that sleeps a maximum of 12 people and Le Pressoir (property number 8842894) that sleeps a maximum of 6 people.
We are open to family or friendly groups who agree to respect the premises and the neighbourhood.
It is possible to organise festive events under certain conditions.
Our agreed maximum capacity on the whole premises must be respected at all times during a stay both day and night.
The charging of electric vehicles is not allowed.

The owners live on site so are available to help you get the best out of your holiday.

Tres bon accueil.suzannha et Jeremy sont tres attentionnés et toujours prêts à nous aider ou nous renseigner. La maison est parfaite pour une réunion familiale .tous les équipements nécessaires pour les enfants et bébés sont présents .et les autres équipements aussi: cuisines, salles de bain.. La piscine est bien sécurisée et le système de couverture nous a permis d’y passer beaucoup de temps sans avoir froid, malgré un temps un peu frais .

Nous avons été très bien acceuillis par les propriétaires. Le maison est très bien conçue pour avoir des grands groupe et aussi très propre vraiment rien a redire. Vous pouvez y aller en famille ou entre amis nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine car il faisait un peu frais mais ça doit etre aussi très bien. Merci encore Le groupe des nantais 16 personnes

Week-end en famille (16 adultes et 6 enfants), la maison est très grande, spacieuse et et très bien aménagée. Maison de 2 gîtes, il y a 2 cuisines très bien équipées. La literie est très bonne et le fait d'avoir une salle de bain par chambre avec toilette est un vrai luxe. L'endroit et calme. Nous sommes tous d'accord, nous recommandons ce lieu.

Fabulous place for group gatherings

Everything you could possibly want is there for you. The facilities are well equipped and the pool and large garden space welcome for active children in the party.

Perfect for several large families staying togethe

This review is long over due as we holidayed back in August 2015 but better late than never I always say. We had a fantastic holiday at St Leon in Brittany. We found the property perfect for our needs with plenty of room for our group of 11 adults and 4 children, aged 8 - 16 and more importantly plenty of bathrooms. The pool was great to keep the kids entertained and the fact it had a cover over meant we could use it in all weather conditions. The property owners were very friendly, kind and very helpful in helping us plan our days out. As a large group in a foreign country with not a lot of the spoken language between us, we found the English owners a great help and a great reassurance from the moment of booking right through to our days spent in France. We explored the local area as well as slightly further afield. We loved embracing the French culture, we went along to a local bank holiday farmers/tractor day, climbed our way through the trees at the French equivalent of Go Ape, spent one day at the beach and went to several markets, day and night. There really was plenty to do and we made some great memories. We took advantage of the in house catering option several times during our stay and would throughly recommend this service. Booked through the owners, like magic, a lovely lady catered to our needs and brought delicious home cooked meals to our door for a very reasonable price, portion sizes were large and desserts were spot on! The moral of this story, we had a great holiday in a lovely property in a fantastic area. Thanks for having us! :)

Fantastic spacious farmhouse!

We have recently returned from a big family holiday at St Leon which we found to be the most relaxing and peaceful holiday ever!! The farmhouse is fabulous; plenty of space for us all with no queuing for bathrooms and hot water whenever you need it. We all enjoyed the pool and gardens and were very lucky with the weather which meant that most evenings we were able to sit outside until quite late. Some of the furniture, particularly outdoors, is a little tired and a little TLC is required is some areas. Some of the beds are not comfortable and after a week of little sleep we improvised with a spare sofa bed mattress! However, this would definitely not put us off returning or recommending this wonderful property to friends and family. We had plenty of days on the beach which were a little further away than we expected, and there are plenty of towns and villages to visit if the weather is not kind but we were also happy to be relaxing around the lovely pool.

Peaceful and Fully Equipped

We had a weeks stay and the owners were extremely helpful in advising us on place to visit etc. The pool was a great addition for the younger and older members of the family, The house was very clean and well maintained with everything you need. Good location, nice and quiet and near to coast. We all had a fantastic time...

Grand gîte très agréable

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end prolongé entre amis dans ce gîte si agréable. Il est confortable, meublé et décoré avec goût et surtout près pratique. Nous étions 18 mais nous avions suffisamment d'espace pour ne pas nous sentir les uns sur les autres. La piscine couverte a été un plus très appréciable, surtout pour les enfants. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et accueillants. Nous envisageons d'y retourner.

On ne peut plus s’en passer de ce gite...un événement annuel entre copains qu’on attend avec impatience! Pour la 3ème année, les propriétaires sont toujours accueillants et nous préparent le gîte avec beaucoup d'attention...on y est très à l’aise, gîte vraiment confortable!vivement 2016!

Perfect for big groups

The house was perfect for us - the kitchen was well stocked for a big group, having lots of bathrooms prevented queuing and there was always hot water for showers. The pool was a great size and depth for the big kids and the new cover meant that the pool could be used if the weather turned bad. Plenty of room for the kids to play football etc. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Très agréable maison

Nous recommandons cette maison, nous l'avons loué 2 fois, 1 fois pour un wkd familial et une fois pour un wkd entre amis. À chaque fois nous avons passé un agréable wkd, la maison est très fonctionnelle, les lits sont faits à l'arrivée ce qui est un plus non négligeable, la piscine couverte avec une eau à 26° par un temps gris rend le lieu encore plus agréable. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques.

Excellent séjour

A 18, enfants et adultes, nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Saint-Léon. La maison est agréable et confortable. Elle est meublée avec sobriété et bon goût. Elle est aussi très bien équipée et chaque chambre est équipée de sa salle de bain ! Le jardin est aussi bien aménagé : jeux d'enfants et piscine couverte et chauffée. A proximité, il y a plein de choses à voir et à faire. Je recommande cette location pour tous vos séjours en famille ou entre amis. Aussi, les propriétaires sont charmants et serviables.

gite parfait pour un we entre amis

Le gite est idéal pour un grand we entre amis avec des enfants. Chaque chambre a sa sdb, les chambres sont spacieuses. Les parties "communes" sont très bien équipées et l'ensemble du gite etait nickel. Le jardin est completement clos et la piscine sécurisée pour les enfants. Piscine chauffée et couverte si besoin permettant d'en profiter a tt moment. L'accueil par les propietaires est super chaleureux. Bref on y a passe 4 jours parfaits a 11 adultes et 9 enfants malgré une météo pas si clémente... Et on a deja prévu d'y retourner l'an prochain...
