Homely bungalow cottage, located next to a garden centre in Sleights, Yorkshire, capable of sleeping up to four people in two bedrooms.
River Gardens is a cottage situated next to a lovely garden centre on the banks of the River Esk in Sleights, Yorkshire. Hosting two bedrooms; a double and a twin, the property can sleep up to four people. Also within it are a shower room, kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a gas fire. Off-road parking is available for one car, while a well-behaved dog is also welcome. The enclosed garden at the rear of the property has a summerhouse and other garden furniture. River Gardens Cottage is a unique and great location for a relaxing holiday in Yorkshire. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome at an additional charge of £25.00. Please note: This property only accepts Saturday - Saturday bookings, if you are wanting to book outside of Saturday, please enquire.

It is very popular with walkers and cyclists. Though quiet, Sleights has a pub, a fish and chip shop, an antique shop, a cafe and a Post Office within a Spar shop. The North Yorkshire Steam Railway is a few minutes’ drive, while the town of Whitby lies at the mouth of the River Esk and is ideally positioned to explore Yorkshire. A town of winding streets and hidden alleys, with a harbour, safe sandy beaches and, of course, the abbey, reached by 199 steps.
