Villa for rent all seasons in Prades 100 m2 approximately, 4 faces. Completely renovated, quiet and sunny with garden located 10 minutes walk from the center of Prades.
It consists of a living room, an independent kitchen, a toilet and a storeroom.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with wc.


The villa is located 1 hour from the sea and 1 hour from the mountains and 1 hour 30 minutes from Andorra.
For spa guests, Vernet les Bains and Molitg les Bains are only 15 minutes away.

During the summer season, you are offered the cinema festival, the music festival: Pablo Casals and the Catalan University.
Near Prades, the most beautiful villages in France, such as Eus, Mosset, Evol, Villefranche du Conflent with Fort Liberia and its caves.
To also visit, the abbeys of St Michel de Cuixa, St Martin du Canigou and the Priory of Marcevol.

And for good walkers, the Pic du Canigou!

Perfect house in beautiful surrounding

Perfect house, well equipped, all you need is there. Great garden, furniture, etcetera. Shops nearby. Only, when we were there, 3 new houses were build, so in the early morning it was very noisy. In the surrounding lots of things to do or see. Nice ancient cities or beautiful landscape where you can walk or hike. Swimming is also possible if you want so. The Mediterranean is in one our to visit.

je recommande vivement cette location spacieuse située dans un emplacement très calme. On peut effectuer ses courses a pieds (10m) et visiter les alentours en voiture ou car (1e par personne ), la région est magnifique la location est extrêmement propre et rien ne manque pour la ménagère à l exception d'un caddie. Maison très agréable, propriétaires charmants

Si nous nous en tenons aux critères objectifs, la maison est vraiment très agréable car dans un quartier tranquille (le chemin de fer à proximité n'est absolument pas gênant)et pas vraiment de vis-à vis mais à proximité des commerces (10 mn à pied du centre et grandes surfaces à 5 mn en voiture),, spacieuse (nous étions 3 couples et un enfant), très bien équipée en éléctro-ménager, équipement pour la cuisine complet, avec une terrasse ombragée sur le devant de la maison quand le soleil est au zénith et une sur le coté jardin, bienvenue le soir!!. Bref, des prestations simples et sans prétentions, très amplement suffisantes pour passer des vacances sereines et détendues! on a un peu l'impression d'être dans une maison de famille... Car le point fort de cette location est la gentillesse des propriétaires, ainsi que leurs petites attentions d'hôtes ! Nous les remercions pour leur accueil lors de notre séjour. Great house

Great house in a great location. Close enough to walk into town but still quiet and peaceful. Facilities were good. Fantastic shower and comfortable bed and 2 choices for outside eating so you could choose according to the weather. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
