This beautifully decorated 2nd floor duplex/condo has all the amenities. Kitchen is fully equipped and features granite countertops and all new appliances great for entertaining after those long lazy days at the beach. Nicely decorated in a tropical theme. Just 88 steps to the beach and no busy street to cross. Park your car and forget it. Take the kids one block to the Sandcastle playground, tennis, Pickle ball and basketball courts, or stroll the famous Ocean City Boardwalk. Two large decks to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. You are close to the ocean you can hear it at night. The property is kept CLEAN at all times and shows pride of ownership. You are within a 30 minute drive to local destinations like, Atlantic City Casinos, Cape May County Park and Zoo. Ocean City America's Greatest Family Resort. Enjoy your home away from home.

Still Terrific

We stayed at this property two Falls ago and loved it and it is even better now as the owners were very responsive to replacing twin bed beds that are so soft and wonderful. I wanted to take them home with me. Access to the beach to good food and shopping within walking distance All contributes to contentment here and makes us never wanna leave. Thanks to Mark and Peggy.

We loved this place! It was nicely decorated and comfortable. We only stayed for 2 nights, so it was nice that small amenities were provided - tp, dishwashing liquid, trash bags. The hosts were very timely in responding to questions. We also really love the location - close to beach and shopping.

My wife and I purchased our home before we were married and before our two girls. When we were younger we always went to other shore towns that had bars and restaurants, but when we had children we fell in love with Ocean City because of it's family atmosphere and the boardwalk. No shore town beats Ocean City for bringing families together and creating lifelong memories.

Why they chose this property

Our home is on the beach block and and one house off the beach. There are no streets to cross, just the alley to get the beach. We typically setup our beach stuff in the morning and come back and forth to the house during the day for lunch, snacks, drinks or use the restroom.

What makes this property unique

When I first walked up the stairs to enter the home and saw the view of the beach and I could hear the ocean waves crashing on the sand and immediately knew this was the house for our family. It may not be brand new, but remember the phrase, location, location, location.
