High quality penthouse set in a second row street in front of the sea in Port de Pollença, Mallorca. There are two communal pools, a big one and a small one, to share with the other ten apartments set in the building. Nice and elegant gardens surround the apartments and the pool. This friendly penthouse is set in the second floor, which you can reach using the stairs or an elevator. Beautifully decorated and careful to detail, there is a large living and dining room, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them in suite, and a kitchen open to a terrace over the sea with a marvellous surprise. There are some stairs that go the incredible terrace on the penthouse. Very large and with breath-taking views of the sea and the whole bay, it is equipped with a table and chairs where you can have lunch or dinner, some hammock to sunbathe and a wonderful Jacuzzi from where you can see the sea. Set in a quiet street that allows easy free parking, but just at a ten minute walk from the center.

IMPORTANT

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.
Per day and person, the tax is
from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and
from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.
