This home contains a full-size laundry room with a washer, dryer, and iron.
Kick your feet up in the living room with a 55" smart TV featuring over 230 channels and fast speed internet access to take care of your business while vacationing. Sit around the fire place while enjoying the scenic views of the sunset on the water.

House in Atlantic City

The house was very large and spacious and fairly clean. The manager was very hospitable, and gave us early check in and a late check out. Would definitely recommend.

Great Spot For AC Trip

Property was perfect for myself and a large group of friends. Home is just feet from the water with amazing sunsets every night. Home was clean and rooms were set up to accomodate all guests easily. Would stay here again!

Nice for Large Groups but Note Additional Guest Fees

Our group had a nice weekend stay at this location. Here’s what we enjoyed most: 1. The house looks as pictured in the photos and is a nice size for a group of 15. 2. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood that is a 10-ish minute drive from Brigantine Beach, where we went to enjoy a quieter beach/tiki bar scene than what we would’ve found at the AC beach/boardwalk. 3. The house has lovely water views with beautiful sunsets and nice outdoor space in the front and back with ample street parking. We hope the host will consider making a few improvements for future guests. 1. The third floor could do with another fan. 2. While the house was clean in all the most important ways (bathrooms, kitchen, linens) there were quite a lot of dead bugs around the perimeters of the rooms. 3. The coffee pot needs to be replaced as it’s cracked. The backup coffee pot we found in the cabinets is also cracked. 4. The trundle beds can be a tricky to pull out, and one in the green room was broken. Also, since the trundle beds only have a thin set of sheets on them, it would be nice to have extra blankets (and pillows) available in the closets, as well as hand towels in the bathroom. 5. It would be helpful to have check in instructions provided through the listing to avoid last minute phone calls about how to access the property. One thing to be mindful of when booking this property is that the total number of guests is a bit deceiving. While it is advertised as a house that can accommodate 18, there is an additional guest fee per NIGHT per GUEST for any more than 13 guests (five fewer than advertised). It looks like the listing has been tweaked since we booked to reflect this (though I feel the language could still be clearer), but this info didn’t exist at the time we booked and we felt it was an unfair additional charge for two “extra” guests. Make note of this upfront so you’re not caught off guard after you’ve booked.

Weekend stay

Beautiful home on the water with a beautiful view. Very spacious and very clean. Perfect for a bachelor/bachelorette party or just a family weekend getaway . Martin was very helpful and was very easy to communicate with and checked in multiple times to make sure everything was going good. The house has 2 decks where you can sit back and relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset. It is also minutes away from the casino and boardwalks. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Views

My family stay at this amazing property last week for vacation. It’s on the water with Amazing views from the back porch and master bedroom balcony. The homeowner was very pleasant and attentive to all our questions, concerns or needs. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Great escape from typical AC trip

Amazing water views, 8 min uber to anywhere you'd want to go. Rooms were as advertised, one of the few available properties that can host everyone so easily.

Great spot on the Bay for a weekend in AC

This was a spacious spot on a great location overlooking the water. We really enjoyed the second floor balcony. Easy 10 minute Uber to the boardwalk. Would recommend 10/10

Well worth the stay

Had an outstanding time at this particular property. Highly recommend for a large group. Plenty of sleeping space, spacious kitchen and outdoor space. Views of the water to wake up too were an added bonus. If you’re looking for a weekend stay or week long stay for a big group, this is it.

Quiet family friendly home

We had a wonderful time celebrating July 4th with the family in this lovely home. We were able to view multiple fireworks from the comfort of the porch and patio decks. The sunset views from the backyard were stunning as well! Generally quiet neighborhood with a playground nearby. 12-15 minutes drive to the beach and casino area as well as to the local grocery store (Acme). Martin was easy to work with, he addressed any questions and issues that we had throughout the trip. Great summer getaway!

One of the greatest sunsets

A perfect place for friends and families. Atlantic City is one best places for summer. The beach, the board walk, the bay and everything else. The house has ample space for everyone. The amenities and the location are just great. The property manager, Martin is just a phone call away. For concerns and issues, he was there to pick up the phone and send assistance as needed right away. Everyone in our group was just happy to be all together and spend time with one another in a great property in Atlantic City.

Terrific Experience

After looking for days to find a large enough house to fit my bachelor party group, I came upon this home in AC. The house was great and extremely spacious. It was clean upon entering and I was amazed at how many legitimate beds there were in the home. Every member of my 15 person crew was able to comfortably sleep in a bed. Martin, the property manager, was able to effectively answer any and all of my questions in a timely manner. I had friends coming from out of town and he and the owner were kind enough to secure an earlier check-in for my party. The location of this house is awesome too. It's right on the bay and offers great views while also being a 10-15 minute drive to the casinos. We had an absolutely wonderful time here and I couldn't recommend it more.

1000% Quality host and home. You will not regret it!!!

We stayed in the house for 4 days/3nights for a local hockey tournament. We were a group of 10 mostly in our early 40's. Firstly, Martin was an excellent site manager. He was in touch days before we checked in, checked in to see what he can do enhance the house experience, and gave us guidance around the house. He is very accommodating. The house is very spacious, and had more space and amenities than we thought. The back deck and yard was the biggest hit. The living room and dinning room was perfect when it got dark or late. Plenty of street parking. There was a Super Walmart close by which was really convenient. You will have an amazing time. Catch a sunrise and a sunset at least once if you can! Enjoy :)

We stayed here with about 14 people for my birthday weekend and it was exactly what I was looking for - a relaxing, open living space for us to hang and have a good time. Martin the property manager was awesome. He always stayed in contact with me and answered all my questions. They were accommodating with both check in and check out. We had a great time and I’m happy that I booked this property! :)

Health care workers in need of a much needed vacation

Gorgeous house and an amazing location overlooking the water. Martin and his team are amazing. Very attentive and extremely helpful. On Saturday night of our stay the bbq didn’t work. I called Martin and he had a new grill delivered to us so that we could have a bbq dinner that night as planned. Never expected this level of service but can’t thank Martin and his team for making sure even when something didn’t go exactly as planned they jumped thru every hoop to make our experience great!! Highly recommend the house and especially Martin and his team !!! Martin, Thank you for giving my family a much needed amazing vacation !!

Awesome house right by the casinos

Overall a great location if you're visiting the casinos with a large back deck and lots of beds. House was very clean, easy to get to, along with very easy communication with the owner. Perfect trip and even better house!
