Nice days in Porto

Das Appartement ist geräumig, nett und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten kann man aushalten. Das Haus ist ruhig und hat zwei Aufzüge. Die Wohnung ist zentral (wenn man auf die Nähe zu den Stränden großen Wert legt) und trotzdem aus dem Touristentrubel raus und liegt nicht weit von der Metro entfernt (so 400m schätze ich, mehrere Linien). Die Metro ist unverzichtbar, um Porto zu erschließen. Zwei Supermärkte und einige kleine Läden sind um die Ecke. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr zu empfehlen, sehr nett und zuvorkommend, fast eine Reiseleiterin. Die Absprachen zur Wohnung waren sehr unkompliziert und verlässlich. Haben unseren Aufenthalt in Porto mit vier Kindern sehr genießen können.

Lovely Porto Apartment

Nice to be able to stay in a Portuguese family apartment & see what their daily lives would be like. Apartment was very roomy with well equipped kitchen. Was wonderful to have a washing machine as we were travelling with carry ons only. Nice neighborhood with park across the street. Food store just around the corner. Just a 20 minute walk down to old town.Owner was very quick to reply when we needed her.

Nice holiday break

Nice stay in Porto despite the rain during most of our stay. The flat is as advertised, very clean though a bit ancient, ideally located near metro stop and within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. A bit of noise coming from the elevator and the garbage collectors in the early hours otherwise just fine.

Our visit to Porto

Ana was amazing. We got lost on the way from the airport so our arrival was much later than planned, but she waited for us to give us her parking spot. The place was as advertised. We walked 20-30 minutes to the downtown area and it was nice to leave our car parked at the apartment. There are a lot of hills in Porto (all of Portugal actually), so we certainly got our workout! Being able to leave our car parked while we explored the city on foot was the way to go as parking is difficult to find in Porto.

Excellent apartment near Port Center

Spacious apartment with three bedrooms. We stayed here with our family during the Sao Joao festival. Despite the traffic and crowds, Ana was extremely kind in holding a parking space and coping with our uncertain arrival time. She was an amazing host giving us great tips of where to go and what to see. Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment

Perfect Hostess

A large, enjoyable flat full of classic antique furniture. The owner deserves 6 stars out of 5 - she is warm, accommodating and very quick to resolve any minor problems. She made our stay memorable.
