Apartment of 100 m² fully renovated in 2011/2012, with 3 double bedrooms separated sleeping up to 6 people, has separate toilet, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a very large living room / dining room very bright and sunny south overlooking the Rhune (mythical mountain of the Basque Country 905 m) onto a long balcony, a large kitchen with a beautiful veranda overlooking the garden with terrace (East-West) and its independent covered barbecue.

A fantastic stay

i cannot praise enough the hospitality of the owners of the house. We had a troublesome start of our vacation, due to car problems on the way to the house, we therefore arrived two days later than planned. On arrival we were greeted by the mother of the owner. The introduction was swift and welcoming. However, we were most impressed by the offer of the owner to stay one day longer for no extra cost. Although we did not take the offer, as we had to be back home on time, we really thought this to be a very warm and sympathetic offer. As I work in the hospitality industry myself, I really appreciate sincere empathy. The house itself is very welcoming and cosy, with a great view. It is a great feature to be able to park the car on the premises. Even though we had a bad start, due to the car, and the weather was not perfect, we had a great stay.

The house was ok but has potential

Pretty, older house. Quietly located in the Ciboure district. 20 min. walk to the center of St. Jean. Very friendly landlady. We cooked a lot and had our dinner on the balcony. The roof of the outdoor seating area in the garden needs to be modernized. The fully functional and fully equipped kitchen is also a bit old. 3 bedrooms. Spacious, comfortable living room. Parking space directly on the property. The mosquitoes come in the evening. Please think of packing in repellent. Insect blinds on the windows could also help.

Séjour familial 3 générations

Très belle maison : pas d occupant au rdc. Jardin très agréable, pièces spacieuses décorées avec goût. La mère du propriétaire nous a très aimablement convoyés de puis vers la gare car ma mère âgée de 83 ans et nos nombreux bagages ne nous facilitaient pas la tâche. Séjour agréable comme toujours sur St Jean ou Ciboure malgré une météo plutôt moins bonne que d habitude. J avais aussi mal évalué la distance au pont de St Jean pour ma maman et la distance au Centre commercial : pendant les jours de location de voiture c était nettement plus pratique.. Pour ma fille de 18 ans pas de soucis en revanche pour revenir le soir de St Jean ou des fêtes de Bayonne où elle se rendait en ter avec ses copains. Accueil charmant.

Super sejour

La location est tres agreable et bien situee pour decouvrir la beaute de cette region basque. Il ne manque de rien deco et proprete au top. Et 5 etoiles pour la gentillesse et la disponibilite de Louisa de surcroit pour son soutien suite a mon accident. La location est a recommandee .Chantal et Mickael

Super séjour !

La maison est super. J’écris maison car nous étions en réalité seuls dans la maison et disposions donc pleinement du jardin . C’est bien grand, 4 jolies chambres, belle salle de bains, grand séjour avec vue Rhune, jardin pour les enfants et pour les repas. C’est calme c’est très agréable. Nous avions des vélos et ainsi étions rapidement à la plage de Ciboure ou de Saint Jean ou dans le centre de Saint-Jean. Nous recommandons vivement. Et un grand merci à Louisa pour l’accueil et la gentillesse !

Un appartement parfaitement localisé et très convivial ! En famille, c’est idéal. La coline est magnifique et la maison accueillante, proche du port, de la plage et de St Jean.. le jardin est un atout aussi!! Parfait!

Des vacances réussies !

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances dans cette maison très agréable et confortable, située dans un quartier calme et idéalement placée pour limiter l'utilisation de la voiture. A notre arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Louisa (Maman de Joakin). Les commerces de Ciboure et de Saint Jean de Luz sont accessibles à pied. Le descriptif de l'annonce correspond complètement à ce que vous trouverez sur place. Nous remercions Joakin et Louisa pour leurs disponibilités et leur réactivités pour nos demandes. Une perle au pays basque

Logement au top pour la propreté, l'équipement, l'accueil et l'emplacement. On s'y sent tout simplement chez soi. Tout est quasiment accessible à pied: activités nautiques, marche, visites des villages environnants.....Lancez-vous, vous ne serez que satisfaits.

Très agréable séjour

La location est très agréable; nous avons disposé à la fois d'un coin salon de jardin et d'une véranda pour les repas. L'emplacement est très calme , bien situé comme l'indique le descriptif. Superbe séjour au pays basque

Nous avons été très sympathiquement accueillis par Louisa et son mari (parents de Joakin), à la fois discrets mais disponibles. L'appartement-maison de Joakin est très agréable : spacieux, décoré avec soin. Nous étions 6 : 2 adultes, 3 ados et une petite de 3 ans, et nous avons passé un séjour tout confort. Les vrais plus : *la vue sur la Rhune *le jardin avec barbecue, salon de jardin, table sous la tonnelle *la véranda. De plus, la localisation est top : les grands enfants peuvent aller à pied à la plage de Ciboure et de Socoa. Le centre de Ciboure et ses commerces sont très rapidement accessibles à pied. Enfin, Ciboure est une localisation idéale pour rayonner dans tout le Labourd, et allier les plaisirs de la mer et de la montagne (Biarritz, Bayonne, la Rhune, Ascain, Espelette, Hendaye, les grottes de Sare...).

appartement confortable et bien situé

Nous avons loué cet appartement afin d'avoir un logement vaste, confortable et proche de Saint Jean de Luz. Celui ci correspond exactement à nos attente et le descriptif + photos sont en tous points conformes à l'annonce. Le logement est très propre, très bien équipé, et très spacieux. Situé à 20 minutes à pieds environ de Saint de Luz et de la plage est un atout car il évite ainsi l'utilisation de la voiture et du stationnement compliqué. Socoa est également très accessible mais la voiture est à prévoir. Sinon des petites navettes passent devant la maison. L'endroit est calme, la vue sur la Rhune très agréable. Merci a Joakin pour excellent accueil à notre arrivée. Nous conseillons évidemment ce logement et la région.

Très bonnes vacances !

Partis à 5 avec 3 enfants, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans votre maison. Très bien équipée, bonne literie, super déco, très agréable jardin, calme et surtout on s'y sent bien ! Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir tout faire à pieds, (15/20min jusqu'à la plage de St Jean, et la balade est sympa même pour les enfants). Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et Caroline à remporté un franc succès avec les enfants (quelle gourmande !). On recommande vivement cette location et de notre côté nous savons ou aller si nous retournons au pays basque !! Delphine et Benoît

séjour du 11 novembre

Agréable séjour pour le pont du 11 novembre… la maison est très confortable (bonne literie et équipement), ensoleillée, et nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse et du barbecue. Le quartier tranquille, nous a permis de nous reposer et de nous rendre à pied à la plage de saint jean de luz.
