It has air conditioning, LED TV, excellent WIFI, furniture and modern equipment.
It is in a quiet location but within walking distance of various types of restaurants and bars. To go to the beach, just cross the street and enjoy these iodine-rich waters with blue flag. Excellent location to know beyond Vila do Conde, North of Portugal:

- Guimarães (48Km)
- Viana do Castelo (49Km)
