Our villa EL PANCHO has been completely renovated, with functional style and roomy spaces, very bright and all brand new. Its architecture has preserved the gable roof on some parts of the house and the wooden beams on the ceiling of some rooms, which provides warmth and comfort. Located in one of the most easily accessible areas within the mountain known as Urbanization Atlanterra, and about 300 m from the beach. West-oriented, from here you can enjoy unparalleled sunsets and, on clear days, views to the famous Trafalgar Lighthouse.

The main floor of the villa has a large open space where living-dining room-kitchen is located, with access to a nice porch with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy outdoor evenings within the peace and tranquility that this environment offers. It also has a large pool, about 9 x 5 meters, with a great garden surrounded by palm trees. On this same floor we find 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with shower; two of these with 2 single beds each and the third with double bed. From this last bedroom you will enjoy pleasant views of the pool area and the sea.

On the first floor there is the fourth bedroom, with a double bed and a fantastic en suite bathroom with an exempt bathtub, shower, and a large private terrace with panoramic views of the pool area and the Atlantic Ocean.

It has air conditioning by areas.

It has exit to two streets and outer space for two vehicles.

Due to its location, in summer, you will be near restaurants, small shops and beach bars where to enjoy great cocktails and unforgettable sunsets. As well as access to the nearest beaches just minutes away.
