Bright and spacious newly renovated studio apartment, located in a historic building 50 meters from the sea and the beach, in the historic seaside village of Quinto al Mare. Central and convenient to services, including bus stop and train station. You can relax on the beach a 1 minute walk, visit Genoa (historic center, Fiera di Genova, Porto antico and Aquarium about 15 minutes by bus or train) or Nervi with its park and the wonderful promenade which is a 10 minute walk away . Also less than 10 minutes by car or bus is the Gaslini hospital.
