Nos cobraron limpieza y más tasas por personas en efectivo . En la puerta de la casa para poder recoger las llaves. Ellos insistían en que venía en la página pero incluso Gerson el chico que nos recibió comprobó en mi móvil que no se veía . Y prácticamente nos dijo que nos hacía un favor por no cobrarnos reserva también en efectivo. En el pago que hicimos a través de homway no se reflejaba nada de eso como justificante nos envío un wasap. Por el precio final que pagamos nunca la habríamos reservado. La limpieza del sofá sin funda tapado una manta y los cojines y los cabeceros tapizados de las camas muy sucios..

Hola ! El principal problema que hemos tenido es a la entrada en el apartamento. Inicialmente habíamos concordado a las 18 hs del 14 julio. A las 14 hs de ese dia avisamos telefónicamente al contacto (no recuerdo nombre) que llegaríamos a las 22 hs, con lo cual estuvo de acuerdo. A la llegada puntual a la puerta del apartamento no tuvimos respuesta mediante el timbre ni a través del teléfono ni mail. Decidimos ir a cenar y esperar alguna respuesta, que llego a casi medianoche mediante la administración de los apartamentos (Jambul) dándonos un código (podrían ya haberlo hecho desde principio) y que la llave interior estaba en el cofre junto a la puerta. La llave no estaba... Vuelta a comunicar con todos los contactos y recibiendo respuesta otra hora después diciendo que iria un representante con la llave. Osea esperamos hasta casi 1 y 30 de madrugada con 2 niños pequeños. Por otro lado, una foto del apartamento mostraba un lavarropa, el cual no funcionaba. No soy un cliente quejoso ni me gusta criticar el trabajo de otros, pero fue una falta de respeto y una incomodidad muy grande. Cordiales saludos
