About this property
The apartment for those who want tranquility although being 10 minutes from S. Marco
Venetian Mood SILVER is a fully renovated apartment inside my family’s ancient building.
Every furnishing detail is carefully studied in order to give my guests the best comfort and make them feel at home even on holiday.
For my apartments I chose simple, modern and sturdy furniture and accessories of the best Italian design brands like Foscarini and Kartell.
If you are a couple you will have a bright and spacious apartment composed of a large double room equipped with a desk and a large wardrobe, a spacious bathroom with shower, and a living space with super equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave with grill, American coffee machine and every kitchen utensil and tableware you need for the best comfort).
If you are more than 2 people, the sofa in the living room becomes a bed and you will find it already made.
Please tell me in advance if you'd like the sofa bed to be made when you're just two people and you want to sleep separately!
I I also dispose of a baby cot and a highchair for your infants.

Unlike many other apartment owners in Venice, I decided to provide to my guests a service that can make them feel like at home even in a unique and special city as Venice.
I actually noticed that for many tourists is difficult to move around in Venice and I often see desperate people by the street who can’t find the accommodation they booked despite maps and descriptions of the place has been provided.
I’ll tell you a secret: moving around Venice is also difficult for the Venetians!!!
Now, imagine you had a long journey to get here, in a city that you've never seen before, a city where there are no streets as in any other city in the world but just narrow alleys and small squares that most of the times are very much alike.
Imagine arriving late in the evening, with the darkness that can be fascinating but makes the research of the apartment address more difficult.
Imagine also that you’re carrying a lot of heavy luggage and you have to walk around the city crossing a lot of bridges where you have to lift over and over the your heavy trolley...
I feel stressed just describing this kind of situation!
This is exactly what would happen booking with most of the apartment owners in Venice.
That’s why I’ve decided to meet my guests in a easily accessible meeting point, depending on the means of transport they arrive in the city (car, train, plane) and take them to the apartment.
During the trip from the meeting point to the house I can give you all sort of information that you need for the best stay in Venice you could have!
Moreover, at the moment of your reservation I'll send you a list of useful information about transportation, restaurants, touristic attractions, curiosity etc…
