Villa Montemar is a modern design house set in the beautiful mountain of Mapila in Castello di Baida, a naturalistic and unspoiled area just a few minutes drive from Scopello. The newly built villa is on two floors. On the ground floor we find the living room kitchen, the bedroom with double beds and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor instead we find the master bedroom with double bed and a large glazed window that in addition to making the bright environment offers guests a breathtaking view of the valley and the sea, a further double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a small terrace with a view mountain. All rooms are air conditioned and feature a modern and functional style. The villa has mosquito nets on the windows and wifi internet. Villa Montemar is surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden of olive trees, prickly pears and other native plants. The villa has two covered porches equipped with outdoor furniture, a barbecue area with a typical Sicilian wood-burning oven and a beautiful wooden gazebo with a dining table and chairs. On one side of the house there is a solarium area with a swimming pool (8x4), sun beds and an outdoor shower. The villa is completely fenced. The nearest beach is the Baia di Guidaloca which is 6 km away. The nearest supermarket is 7 km away, while the Baglio di Scopello with its restaurants, shops and bars is 9 km away.
