Nice big house set in a great location. Ideal for walking, the beach and amenities. We felt that the house was in need of some updating and oven & fridge needed a clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay  Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

A very spacious house in a fabulous location. Beach really is 100 metres away, Tesco express five minutes walk away and fantastic fish and chip shop on promenade same distance the other way. Needed off street parking plenty of room for three cars. Had a lovely family holiday. Thank you. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

We spent an enjoyable week at the "The Beach Hut" this a large homely and comfortable family house with all the equipment you need and it was very clean. It is ideal for the beach and you can see the sea from a window in the large bedroom. If you like walking along the beach it is ideal it is very close but it is farther if you want to walk into town although it is a lovely flat walk if you go along the promenade with plenty of seats if you need to rest. We have nothing to complain about and won't hesitate to book here again. Many thanks. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

This property is located on the North Beach side of Bridlington in a well kept residential road.

This property is located on the North Beach side of Bridlington in a well kept residential road. From the start, the driveway enabling parking for two cars was very useful. The property was spotless and, for the five of us staying, there was an ample supply of crockery and utensils plus plenty of thoughtful extras. Only downside was the fact that all of the bedroom curtains are very thin so let in the light in - a real nuisence on summer mornings, particularly the sunny ones we enjoyed! There is a mini supermarket about a flat 7 min away, and the sea and prom just at the end of the road. We would certainly return to this property in the future.

4/10 Poor

Tired accommodation and facilities.

The house is large and well locate with good size rooms. These plus points are however let down by an overall dated and very well-used feel to the whole house. In particular it suffers from, dated decor, poor lighting, tired, worn, poor showers, low quality and/or obsolete facilities/fixtures and thus an impression of an owner providing the house and its users with just the minimum that the rental will justify. There was also a strange smell throughout. - (Old dog or something stale).
